Its almost alwayz hard askin a guy out, so I'd just sound casual, like its no big deal, like "Hey, I was just wondering if u wanted to go out sometime, that is if your not to busy. If you can't I totally understand" then if he says no for some odd reason, just say something like " Oh, I understand. Its fine."
