OOC: Righty-o! Let's kick this pig >8D (I'm going to change my character Silverdawn's appearance/name just a smidgin, since we have so many light gray cats ;D She'll be a deep blue-gray instead.)

IC:

Bluesong sat outside her den within the Windclan camp. The cool morning breeze swept off the moors and twisted around her slender face, tickling her whiskers. The she-cat's soft blue eyes turned to the pink colored sky as the usual blue began to creep its way in to day. Things around the lake had began increasingly complex since her grandfather's time. He had told her stories when she was a kit of how his leader Cliffstar and his patrol had saved Lionclan from the evil Tigerclan. It all had seemed like a wonderful adventure to her when she was young, now she thought nothing more of it than just a kit story. It was just a tale that had happened to cats a long time ago.
Now she had to face the reality of the power hungry Shadowclan cats. Thornstar and her clan were always pushing against Riverclan and Thunderclan in an attempt to bring back Tigerclan's glory. Bluesong thought of them as nothing but fools. Her lofty blue eyes turned in the direction of where Shadowclan would be. In Windclan's camp they were high on the moors, able to see vast distances across the lake. However, that didn't always serve as an advantage. There was nowhere to hide out here, save but a few trees on the border. The moors were only good for hunting rabbits, but that was fine by Bluesong, she care for nothing else. With a yawn, the she-cat made her way to the fresh-kill pile. It was the start of another day.

OOC: Bleh, gonna change her name again, sorry for those who post after me ^^"

ooc; kick that pig into a blankett! :D ignore my comment if you don't understand the food reference... it was also a terrible joke... i'll just go to my corner, now...

ic;
Rolling onto her back, Fisherclaw stretched her feet into the air with a lofty yawn, closing her eyes. Her muscles cried out in protest, but she rolled back onto her stomach, curling her legs under her in order to stand. Slowly, she stood, looking around her. Many other warriors were standing and doing the same as her. Stetching and looking about. Exiting the den, she looked around, seeing Bluesong awake. Nodding in a greeting, Fisherclaw lifted her nose to the fresh air. Though the days were not as peaceful as wanted, they were peaceful and that was good all the same. Her grandparents, Bearfur and Nightfang, were original warriors of LionClan at the time of the great battle. They, now elders, had witnessed the spreading of the four clans - the decisions, everything. As a member of the current generation, Fisherclaw had a hard time thinking that it was real. But the alliances between three clans and the pushing away of the fourth led that and stories of times before the two clans ring true.

OOC: hurrhurr, pigs in a blanket :3 Also, Resta do you want Bearfur to be an elder an in the elder's den? I was thinking that Nightfang had passed away by now. So let me know if you want him in there or if he's dead too ;D

Bluesong dipped her head in greeting to Fisherclaw. The other she-cat was also a descendant of the original cats who formed Windclan, as everyone in the clan was. Sitting up, Bluesong turned to give a lofty glance to Fisherclaw. "Good morning," she started, a little puffed up since she was the medicine cat and her brother was the leader, "Off to start the day?" Bluesong had had little to humble her since she had become a medicine cat. Her grandfather, who was still alive, always scolded her for her pride. Yet Bluesong didn't listen. She knew she was important and she certainly acted like she knew it. Curling her tail around her paws, Bluesong groomed her chest easily, making it shine in the morning light.

Blackstep looked out across the distance, in the direction of the lake. He watched the sun rise in the sky, the cool blue with white streaked cloud vapors threaded across the atmoshpere. He turned his head to see Bluesong, who was looking off to the distance. Most likely she was in thought. Blackstep sighed, then lifted his black paw to lick it. His tongue scraped across the fur, his mind thinking about the same thing everyday. What if ShadowClan attacks, will they be ready, is there enough fresh-kill in the pile; all of which was the norm for everyone. It make Blackstep a bit amused that the ancient cats used to think the exact same thing. Blackstep stood up and padded to the frsh-kill pile, then tossed his head aside and quickly mewed, "Goodmorning Bluesong." Blackstep then bit into a small rabbit. He licked his lips as he finished his meal.

Gorsefoot was awakened by a small jab in his ribs. His eyes opened and he was other warriors waking up for the day, and one had happened to kick him on their way out. Gorsefoot growled and rolled over again, trying to get a bit more sleep, but he was already up for the day, so it was no use. The gray tom strode out of the den and smiled as the sun warmed his fur. It felt good to have something warm and sure after so much confusion about this and that, what with ShadowClan wanting everything the other clans had. Gorsefoot's jaws parted in a gaping yawn and his fur quivered. After that, the tom headed out to find something to do. He passed Fisherclaw and Bluesong, nodding to each one of them, and kept on toward the moors of their territory. Maybe he'd go hunting, or exploring, but he didn't want to go alone. He didn't want to bother anyone either. The young warrior just sat down and sighed. He'd talk to someone later.

"Of course," replied Fisherclaw easily. Bluesong and her were not the best of friends, but they were cordial with one another. Bluesong, being both the medicine cat and the brother of the leader gave her a one-up on her, but Fisherclaw had obtained a sense of humility that Bluesong had not. Letting out one last yawn, Fisherclaw looked around. She would eat prey and set off. Much like her grandfather, she had attained a distaste for rabbit, but had no difficulty eating it when it was the only prey in the pile. Grabbing one, she took it to the area where she usually ate and quietly ate it, nodding in greeting to Blackstep. "Good morning," she managed after swallowing, standing after finishing. It was still early, but it was morning and every cat was getting ready for the day.
