OOC: Also, Woodfall... Uh, we don't really catch hawks. There wouldn't be that many to be caught and since its a technique used by the tribe, its not all that useful without the mountain. Plus, your apprentice is smaller than a hawk. She would have a hard time eating one ;D That would be prey shared amongst a few cats.

OOC: I feel Petaldancer should have joined Windclan after Thunderstep/star died, so yes. Thank you, Ebonycloud! :) And here I go.

IC: The sun's golden rays tickled the heather strewn moor as it gentaly awakened the life on the Windclan territory. From overview, the sprawling hills of heather were ever so wonderful. Color splashed upon color as dark hews of lavander played with the friendly golden bluegrass. Blending in to the scenery, a fairly young warrior by the name of Swallowtail sat alone, enjoying the marvalous sight splayed before him. His curious, honey tinted eyes complemented the tom's speckled auburn coat as he stared up at the faint blur of pink that ebeded away to a crystal blue sky. As Swallowtail woke up that morning, a sense of wonder filled his body as he looked across the moors, as he did everyday. Step after step, the young tom curiously manuvered around the sleeping camp and retreated into the darkness of early morning. After hunting for a while, he was greated with this wonderful sight and decided to take the time to enjoy it. Grabbing his catch he set off back to Windclan, casting a last, fleeting glance at the scene.

Watching Swallowtail enter camp, Fisherclaw nodded in greeting once more, her neck aching from the repeated motion. "Good morning," she greeted coolly, staring out at the territory. It was seemingly a normal day for WindClan, which insinuated that Fisherclaw would now go on a morning hunt by herself. Swallowtail had entered with prey, so she knew she would not run into any other cats hunting merely for fun. For, you see, her grandmother, Nightfang, was a lithe she-cat, much like herself, and the best hunter of the clan in her prime. Her grandfather, on the other hand, was an incredible fighter. She hoped to be like her grandmother in that aspect. The sun rising was quite the sight to Fisherclaw, and she smiled at the scene.

The ever curt and misleading Fisherclaw stood staring out at the territory, her greeting startled him from his own thoughts. Taking a breath, he gave her his usual look. "Morning, Fisherclaw." Was his curt reply, taking the same tone as she had. "Nice weather we are having today, isn't it?" He gave a light chuckle and swung his head towards her, "But when is it not good?" Sparrowtail spun around and padded across the grounds and dropped the rabbit onto the heaping pile of prey. A gurgle intrupted his thoughts and he nosed around in the pile, grabbing a small mouse. Sparrowtail then proceded over towards and sat down next to Amberleaf.

Nodding, Fisherclaw 'hmmm'ed in reply. "It is not so fair when it is foul," equivocated Fisherclaw, stressing the word it, as to lead one to believe that either it referred towards the weather or some higher power. What she did mean remained unclear as she nodded in good morning to Amberleaf, her cousin. "Good morning, cousin," greeted Fisherclaw rather formally - especially when aimrd towards family members. Though, Fisherclaw was rather the introverted young warrior, rather letting other cats continue the conversation once she initiated it. Many felt her attitude rather aloof or detatched due to her manners, though honestly, Fisherclaw was just content in listening and providing her input when needed.

OOC: Righty-o! I figure that your character was probably a kit when she decided to rejoin Windclan, perhaps it could be apart of his backstory. He may have wanted to go with her instead of stay in Riverclan, but that is up to you to decide :)

IC:
Amberleaf had been staring off in to the sky, her eyes making pictures of the clouds above her. When Sparrowtail sat down next to her, she nearly jumped out of her fur. A quick chuckle escaped her as she grinned toward the tom, "Good morning." When he name was called she turned to see her aloof cousin give her a greeting as well. Amberleaf couldn't help herself as she jumped to her paws and waved her tail back. "Good morning Fisherclaw!" Where Fisherclaw had taken after Nightfang in her standoffishness, Amberleaf had follow Bearfur's line of good natured, if not empty headed, light heartedness. She grinned again, only half her face really moving up to smile. She couldn't help that she couldn't smile all the way, it was a result of something happening at her birth. Still, she took everything in a light manner.

She admired her younger cousin, happy that she had kin around her age. She admired that Fisherclaw took after their grandmother Nightfang in manner and body. Amberleaf was admittedly jealous of this since she was larger muscled and easily pleased. Still, she did respect Fisherclaw. Amberleaf turned to Sparrowtail and smiled, half of her face anyway, then said, "I saw you return to camp... Sort of... Anyway, did you catch anything? It must have been a cool morning." Amberleaf sat once again after realizing that she had jumped to her feet not to long ago. Her mind seemed to wonder a little to often.

Blackstep nodded his head. "Sure I would like to." He agreed to Gorsefoot's request. It also meant time away from the camp, and not constantly having his mind buzz. Plus, it would also let him help the clan a bit more. "Should we invite others? Or should we go alone?" Blackstep turned his amber eyes back to Gorsefoot, pulling himself out of his own thoughts that dragged him into a mind-boggling weave of thoughts. He'd rather just stick with simple-minded hunting,

He turned his head ever so slightly away from his prey and licked his dappled muzzle. Sparrowtail gave a handsome, lopsided grin, "It was chilly, yes, but I was greeted by a wonderful picturesqe sight." A chuckle escaped parted lips as he gave a glance at the scene. "Anyways, I should stop dadling.  Yes, I caught two rabbits." He watched her movements and asked, "Is something on your mind, Amberleaf?" Buring the skeleton of the mouse, he shifted his paws around and faced her.  When he was growing up, his mother said he had the tempermant of her father, Thunderstep.  Caring and confident, Swallowtail had become a favored and trusted apprentice.

Amberleaf paused at Sparrowtail's question, "Something on my mind?" She blanked for a second and looked to the sky. Her mouth quirked in to a frown, but only on one side of her face. Her brows knitted and she looked as if she was concentrating really hard. After a moment of this she turned back to Sparrowtail, "Not a thing on my mind." She flicked her tail back and forth happily. Standing up again Amberleaf took a few paces from the tom before she stopped and whirled about. Her face had a look of complete seriousness, as if she remembered what she wanted to say. Amberleaf looked piercingly in to Sparrowtail's eyes as she started, "Tell me... Did you see any pictures in the clouds while you hunted?" Silence stretched before them, letting the question hang in the air. After a moment the Amberleaf blinked away the seriousness in her face and looked as though she didn't quite know where she was. That same lopsided grin she always had spread on her lips, "Oh what am I saying? Of course you wouldn't have, you were hunting!" Amberleaf laughed to herself, amused at her own foolishness.

"What sort of pictures, pray tell?" He asked, curiousity clouded his eyes. Amberleaf could be a bit "out of it" sometimes, but she was a geniune warrior who had a good heart.  A slight grin covered his muzzle as he glanced over to her. I wonder what she means? Sometimes, she just talks in riddles.... But, it is quiet interesting. His eyes suddenly roved off towards the rustling grass as a brightly colored butterfly perched, taking a short rest. Iredescent multicolored wings beat the air, this movement keeping it's balance, the butterfly looked absolutly stunning.  What a sight. He shook his head and muttered, "Wow, I'm so distracted." Maybe this is a sign that I need to find something or someone......
