Folding one arm across her chest, she brought her left hand up to her chin and held it for a moment, deep in thought. Her legs leg her and followed the others. "Best of the best?" she asks. "I am sure they were watching us while we fought -" she watched as Jenny stiffened "- and I barely fought." A cold smile slipped onto her lips. "Actually, quite the contrary. I convinced everyone to fight for me." Her eyes were cold and emotionless as she spoke - as if nothing really meant anything to her. Waving her left hand, she chuckled coldly. "How did you get through the battles? The blood? Killing others you probably made friends with? Or at least acquainted to. I see it all in your body position. When... Slim... told us to kill twenty others. I saw it." Placing her hand on her chin again, she nodded slightly as the woman in front of her continued walked with uneven steps, heels clicking, almost annoyingly. Almost.

William fell silent, obviously Dex was direct when asking. Blunt and to the point, a good way to get on William's better side but still, she had asked about the past. The frown reappeared on his face, almost as his default look, it was a rare day to see anything but a frown on his face. The man stiffened ever so slightly, perhaps she would pick on this slight shift in posture. Forcing himself to relax he finally replied, "I formed alliances, made deals and trades. Almost ran the whole facility I was raised at. We had what we called camps. All those who aligned themselves with anyone tended to be in a particular camp. I had the smallest for a while, but they were the best. I fought alongside them every time a test from NAGA came up. We had names and reputations because of that." William's hand reached for the dog tags around his neck, his fingers tracing the words 'Ghost Town' that had been melted in to the back. "Had had a guerrilla fighting style, any time another camp attempted to kill us, we weren't there. Our places were abandoned. Hence the name." After a moment he realized what his hands were doing and he stopped himself. Telling her the origin of who he was might be seen as weakness, he would have to keep that in check.

Nodding in confirmation that she heard everything, Valerie continued looking forward as she spoke, not daring to make eye contact. "I see. Interesting. I had a circle of people." Throwing her head back, she laughed darkly, remembering all of them. They had killed each other in the end. "You could call me somewhat of a ring leader, I suppose. I did not use them unless extremely necessary, and in thanks, I would avenge any members fallen." Her laugh quickly died and her ivy eyes narrowed, seeing the reflection of something around his neck. "Your necklace?" she questions, raising an eyebrow. She didn't intend on beating around the bush. This man was her leader. She already knew his physical weaknesses, so there was no much more for her to know - as a need to know basis. Through this whole time, she remained facing forwards, her body calm and leading her with careful and confusing movements. Her question was confusing for a reason. She could have been asking about the origin of the dogtags or if it was a weapon or if it was important. That, however, remained to be seen.

William cleared his throat, looking toward the floor for half a second. He looked up again, not turning to address Dex directly, "Its a dog tag and chain. Necklaces to me seem more of a luxury item." He narrowed his eyes as he saw Jenny falter for a moment at what he had said. The edge of his lip quirked up ever so slightly. "It was part of the experiments they used to do back in my facility. They gave everyone these tags with their letters and numbers," he said as he reached for the tags. He held one up and it read, Gen. 27 WC-1863. Just on the other side were the words 'Ghost Town' and could been seen through from the other side if held up to the light. He let the tags fall back on to his black shirted chest only to make the familiar jingle and clank that he had known for years. "Everyone had one in the facility. By the time I was picked for the Patriots, there were only but one hundred of us left. Most of my crew was still in tact by then." William fell silent as that same horrible feeling he had gotten before came back. The word terminated flashed in to his mind, they were gone and he was still here. To NAGA they never existed, only William Cassidy. Should Ghost Town have never made it out, some other number would have become William. It was a disturbing thought but was the world he had been engineered in to. He had no right to question it.

Daniel followed close behind, listening to them. He didn't really want to chime in, he had no reason. But for what ever reason, he did. "You must've extremely lucky to be so fortunate as to have alliances." His green eyes glared up to Ghost Town, then walked up right next to him. "I didn't need alliances, and I got out just fine, all by myself." His voice was slightly quieter, in a more meancing tone as well. "Ghost Town." He grunted, then looked forward.

GK smiled at Sheperds sly comment to Ghost Town. Wait a second she thought. I was GK2033, does that mean I killed that many people? She thought, then remebered all the gunshots and blood and smiled. Beat that Ghost town she thought

OOC: Just to let you guys know, when your characters were made in the facilities there was a set amount of people in the facility. So just cause Resta's character is 0054 doesn't mean she only beat out 53 people. She also had to get through as many as the rest of us. It was just that specimen 0054 was the best out of the, gonna say 2500 specimens ;D

What a bunch of small talk, eh? Will they ever go on to a different subject or will I have to interven soon? She pondered, and slight roll of the eyes followed. Sometimes, small talk is the best talk. Guinevere observed rather than speaking, her onyx boots lightly caresing the floor as she trailed after the others. There was a more sophisticated approach to just listening to the other's conversations and it also gave her the peace of mind when it came to the words that would come tumbling out of her mouth. It was what it was and her thoughts roved to the deliciously sounding armory.  A slightly twisted smile played against her lips and she brushed a single strand of onyx hair from her forhead, absentmindly. Is this 'armory' going to be like the aray that she was accustomed to or was she going to be let down? Twisting her head back and forth, the woman's neck cracked and a feeling of deep pleasure resumed.

Daniel looked back at Patroskia, his deep green eyes looking her up and down, not in a way of desire, but in an observation, as he had done with the others. They both interested him and angered him. He liked the feeling of going on to do real missions, but hated the idea to work with the others. Still. He thought. I could get used to it I guess, once we complete the mission at New Hope Ci-
And then it hit him. He remembered the hidden message, about not completeing the mission, and to go to the meeting point instead. Was it a trick? Was it rebels just trying to turn him against his own people? No, they weren't his own people. He didn't even feel like a person. He was a weapon for the government. But the lingering doubt that this was all not for the greater good still buzzed in his thoughts.

A quick glance up from her thought's brought Daniel's face into view. The words, Sometimes you can never decipher people, I'm one of those few, seemed to matalitize against the grainite-like atmosphere of her glaciar look.  It could be that Guinevere seemed to have neither emotions nor expressions, but that was quite contrary.  The young woman had the ability to have an excelent 'poker face', as many would call it such. Her eyes suddenly veered off towards the steel grey doors that the group was approching ever so slowly.
