Warriors Series [Shown above: Book 1, Into the Wild]
Name: Lets just call it the Warriors Series. Author: Erin Hunter [who is actually three people under one name, but I won't get into that.] Type: Large series (and I'm talking large). Age Range:about 10-16 Id guess.
Plot:The books are about four clans of cats living in a forest with a whole new life story then what were used to. There are different positions such as apprentice, warrior, leader, and medicine cat. Medicine cats are the healer and the closest to StarClan, which is like a heaven to the cats. The leader was granted nine lives by starclan to lead their clan. Warriors hunt and protect their clan from dangers like cats from other clans, rogues (clanless cats), and other animals. Apprentices are warriors or medicine cats in training. Follow the cats' journeys and adventures as you explore the clans and warriors. Trudge through their lands as one of them in the same fur and paws. You'll feel the magic! First Book Thoughts:I decided to give a description of the first book considering most of you havent started this series. Well, Rusty is your ordinary housecat whose life gets turned around when he ventures off into the forest. He meets Graypaw, an apprentice in a clan called Thunderclan. Rusty gets pulled in to the clan life and the clan leader, Bluestar, lets him join the clan. She gives him the name Firepaw, and he is now a new apprentice. Life is tough in a clan when your former life was a kittypet (housecat). But what Firepaw doesnt know if that he is making warrior history with every paw step her takes. And as the future of Thunderclan unfolds, Firepaw will have to do everything he can in order to show his clanmates hes no kittypet. Final Thoughts on All Books:Some of you people may not be cat people. Well, trust me, neither am I. However, I loved these books. Theyre my favorite series. This goes to show that even if you dislike the creatures, they can still be good books. I love these books! Theyre so magical, and I can never put one down. I read all day until Im finished. Not kidding here. Dont miss out. If you think youd enjoy the Warriors Series, go to your library and check out the first book. If it doesnt sound like your style, just dont get them, duh. =)
Still Don't Believe Us? Here are some OTHER opinions for you!
-I thought this book had a veerry good plot. It was skillfully written and i really enjoyed it. I though that the whole of the first series was very good as well. It was expertly written. It kept my attention and took soe twists and turns I didnt really expect. The only thing i didnt like was how quick they went by. It was too fast! =( All in all, it was a very fun read.
-This is an enjoyable series, and it didn't take a month to read!! The characters are love able and the plot is mind grabbing! You'll never look at wild cats the same way again!(that is a good thing)
-Verry good books; it had a lot of twists to it. MY favorite in the first series would have to be Forest of Secrets (the third book). I hardly ever cry while I am reading but that made me.
so how exaclty can we make a Shadowclan banner i want to make my clan one!! :D can it be done on MSN paint !?
