Warrior Cats: The Four Clans

"Really? That's wonderful! I'll bet her kits will be as beautiful as both of you put together." Jayfeather finished her meal, and got a decent quick med pack just in case Lightwing has the kits at any moment. "If Lightwing starts to have the kits, here is the pack. Have her eat these and these." She pointed to two herbs, each sitting in the pack. "I'll have her start to eat this..." she said, pointing to another herb, "a few days before the birth."

Frozenwhisker:

Frozenwhisker nodded to Jayfeather, filled with pride. Kits! The thought made his paws tingle with happiness, as he ate his fresh-kill. "I'll be sure to tell her."

Lightwing:

Lightwing smiled at Rainstar. "I'm having kits!"

"Yes, he does." Lightwing purred as well. "It'll be in about one moon. I've been keeping it hidden because I..." She paused. "Didn't want to stop work."
Frozenwhisker poked his hed into the den, along with the rest of his slim, white body, and licked Lightwing on the cheek. "You know that you were supose to rest in the nurserey five moons ago." Lightwing blushed under her pelt, embarassed knowing she did the wrong thing.
" I'd like one of them to become a warrior as splendid as you." She meowed softly, and looked back at Rainstar. "I supose I'll have to stop my role as deputy for now. But I'd like Frozenwhisker to take my place while I'm in the nurserey."

Jayfeather resumed her work, and she made sure to sort everything exactly how she'd need it. Newleaf wasn't usually a war season, but there could be war, so just in case, she put battle remedies near the front, along with several other remedies, for the trip she had to take every moon.
