We all have our moments: A moment to cry, a moment to laugh. A moment to be held, a moment to be let go. A moment to be sad for not having what we want, and a moment to be happy with what we got.
Yeah, we all have those moments. And I advise you not to put them to waste.

This is the first part of ch.5. The rest isn't quite edited yet.
Chapter 5Birchpaw paced back and forth, his unsteady paws stumbling under his weight. Trying to remember everything his mentor had taught him, he let his mind race with thoughts. Okay, downwind. Hunt downwind. Left paw first when stalking, and...what else? Oh, yes. Make sure your tail doesn't touch your hind legs. Ashfur's voice darted throughout Birchpaw's mind, reminding him how to act like a true warrior. Suddenly, his mentor's mew sounded from across the clearing. "Birchpaw," Ashfur called, interrupting Birchpaw's last minute reviewing. "It's time for your assessment now. Come on!"Birchpaw dashed after his mentor, as his mother, Ferncloud, wished him luck. He couldn't believe that he might actually become a warrior! "Ashfur, do you...well, do you really think that I could become a warrior?" asked Birchpaw uncomfortably, although he already knew what Ashfur would say. Ashfur emitted an assuring purr. "Of course I think you could! You must remember Birchpaw; every apprentice has their time to become a warrior, and yours may be earlier than most. I think Firestar agrees that you'd make a fine warrior." By Ashfur's genuine tone, and wise words, Birchpaw knew that he would do fine, but he still didn't want to make any mistakes on this significant day. He padded on after his mentor, and started the assessment. With all of his strength, Birchpaw hunted and tracked flawlessly throughout the forest, making sure that Ashfur saw his best. His mentor watched him closely, keeping his vast blue eyes fixed on Birchpaw' every move, but somehow, Birchpaw could tell that Ashfur had something else on his mind.
