I do all of my art on Photoshop elements 5.0 (which is exceptional). I've recently become fond of the Gussian blur tool. >w>
It makes the pelts on kitties/wolves look all fuzzy when I blur a few colors together.

Cool. Elements has Gussian blur under the effects. Let's just say that if it were possible to kill an effect by overusing it, the Gussian blur would be dead by now. XD
Though I have to admit, it does make pretty good banners. =]
