Guys, These are MY poems! DONT take credit for them! I am WARNING YOU.

Moonstar and a bunch of my friends actually liked my poems. yes, I am surprised to. I will post them here and I would LOVE if you guys maybe gave me some ideas for topics for my poems. Also If you want me to write a poem about your fan fic character or your username, or a poem for a crush! I will write one for you! I love writing poems and I am always looking for something to write about!

Here are my poems:

The Amazing Gift
A look to your left, a look to my right
what an amazing gift I've lost tonight
A word, a phrase, a simple mistake
Was all it took to make my world shake
a longing look, never again
I lost my chance, way back when
Falling, screaming, feeling the pain
no more sun, only rain


Warriors
Their eyes they all sparkle
some pelts bright, some dark as charcoal
every cat a wonderful inspiration
They hunt for themselves or their clans with immense desperation
The warrior cats forum rocks my world
When I first joined my heart it just twirled
So I thank you all from the bottom of my heart
Especially Moonstar, who was here from the start

Seperate Worlds
My eyes slowly drifted over in his direction
searching, wanting, yearning for signs of his affection
Never really seeing through is solid gaze
Searching for an answer trapped in a never ending maze
Finally when our eyes met it was my sunniest day
With a quick move of my neck I turned the other way
My cheeks warm, my heart fluttering
I sighed and realized we were never meant to be
fer we both came from seperate worlds, and her forever holds the key

Never understanding
My heart cares, my heart cries
for the obvious dispair in my friends eyes
A single sentence, a single smile
Would make her wanting life worthwhile
If only she would take the chance,
to get on that floor and ask him to dance
His eyes wanting, hers demanding
and there I sat, never understanding

Veterans
A childs heart, a soldiers gun
are all we have to show who won
For those who fight and those who fall
We thank the men that gave it all
their fight for their country, the ones that they've lost
Lets mourn them for this deadly cost
Now they've suffered and they've lived
We'll thank for what these veterans give

Fighting for the light
Elbows on the window, eyes fixed on the stars
They say one simple look will reveal who you are
A shimmer in the moonlight, a star thats bright and true
And every little moment made me think of you
your smile wide and welcome, your face lit up with joy
The emotions that you show are like a childs with a toy
Now I look into the distance, searching for the light
When I finally find it I know I'll need to fight

A Never Ending Dream
A chase, a dream, a never ending reality
A search, a fight, for simple equality
Yet obviously this was never meant to be
Except of course in my never ending dream
I've lived, I've learned, and now I've loved
And all of course from help above
You may love, and you may scream
But never like my wonderful never ending dream

Secret in Disguise
Never knowing, always hiding
This world is a roller coaster and I am riding
The secrets that are hidden, never really clear
Constant whispers all around but will I ever hear?
A question keeps on forming, the knowing in your eyes
Will I ever discover this secret in disguise?

Untitled
They crash and roll back in
A single touch sent a shiver through my skin
My dreamy gaze set to the setting sun
When there at last I saw her, just one

Dreading for Tomorrow
A quick look at her, a quick look at him
These insightful looks sent a shiver through my skin
both their gazes filled with admeration
All that lacked was my participation
her liked her, and she liked him
This was a battle I would never win
In realization my heart filled with sorrow
This jealousy had me dreading for tomorrow

One Single Sentence
His lovely face, his glowing eyes
Would he mistake my words for lies?
One deep breath, and then I swallowed
Down the hall he walked, I followed
With a burst of courage I called his name
A single mistake and I was to blame
One single sentence and he said yes
Genuine truth in his eyes and no less
With a smile he walked away
with just one single sentence, 'see you friday'

Standing tall
Proud, tall, forever standing
Bright colors, spirit, love demanding
Red, white, and blue
has love for us to
We will never fall
Forever standing tall

Never Forget
A smile, A sentence, a loving gesture
Would make her life wonderful forever
A hug, A kiss, A fight to love
Will stay together when push comes to shove
But will she fight? Will it all end there?
And what she thinks is he won't care
Loving Romeo, and unsure Juliet
She must hold on, never let him forget

The Gloom
I strech, I yawn, I get out of bed
My name is called and I turned my head
When I see nothing I drift into sleep
I fall on my bed and begin counting sheeo
My neames called again and I rise in frustration
The expression I wore showing anything but admiration
loudly I call 'What is it?'
When nobody answered my pillow I hit
Then there it came from the shadows, deep, dark, and wide
That very moment I decided to hide
It all ended there, in the heart of my room
Now I too hunt children in the dark and the gloom

Fun is an illusion
I read down a list, a list of my grades
Most of which result in A's
A single blemish holds my despise
A D+ on a quiz, now thats a surprise
As soon as her eyes lay sight on this grade
She has decided, my future is made
No 'Great job!' for the A's, just an 'I'm disapointed' for the D
All good deeds forgotten, for one casualty
Maddening tears of anger and confusion
No more fun for me, now fun's an illusion

Special Quest
I try my hardest, I study for tests
All because of my special Quest
To impress my parents, to have a good future
All this to build a healthy structure
My good deeds are soon forgotten, with still no sign of regret
Every rare mistake seems to take years to forget
So here I weep in my bed today
All for one mistake, and here I shall prey

just to get away from slight dispair
brilliant, talented, stepping into the dark
Searching for knowledge, just a little spark


Freeflare
Dark black muzzle, red pelt
This all showed the hope she felt
A step into the forest, alone but still strong
no food for a day, walks for so long
her golden eyes looking
a plan she was cooking
if she believes she'll find what she wants
and there it was, it all payed off with a leap and a grunt

I still AH-DORE Seperate Worlds and Never Understanding like I said in school. Fighting for the Light has a cool feel to it, to.
I'm still in love with the "forever hold the key" part in Seperate Worlds. It just fits in perfectly and I relate to it so well... all these "if onlys" are clogging my mind. D:

Untitled is soooo cool how it's about a whale. I could only figure out the ocean part, so I'd try to make it a little more clear that it's a whale, but very very nice job in making the location discrete!
