"Thanks." Redpaw coughed, smiling up at Blackfox, "It was a very long jorney, and I didn't expect cats to be so mean here." she sighed and her ears lay flat on her head, "I guess StarClan cats are too nice. I didn't expect cats to be so unaccepting. In the Stary place, the cats all talked nice to eachother. Here, cats tease eachother and are so mean. I don't like it. Maybe it'd be better if I forgot what my mom said and just went back." She yawned and dropped her gaze to her white toes. Although she was almost old enough to be a Warrior, she was acting like a kit. She didn't really know what cats acted like, and her mother only exposed ehr to nice things. Exept when her uncles took her to teach her things. Jayfeather taught her to sense other's auras. Emotions, Thoughts, even signs from StarClan. Lionblaze taught her to fight. She wasn't an easy learner when it came to fighting, but she learned everything he wanted her to and more. She didn't like fighting, and would only use it to protect her clan.

"Ah dont worry about it," he grinned back at her, "YOu get used to it. We tease and poke fun at eachother in good spirit. We all get the jokes though some might not take it as well as others." He smiled broadly at her. "In time they grow on you and you cant help but smile. We are mean to one another to make sure that the other cat knows that we are keeping their sense of danger sharp. Out here you never know what will happen." His wagged his tail happily at he spoke. THe young cat seemed troubled and he didnt know by what but for now he could comfort her. Or at least try.

Tinypaw had been walking for awhile her tiny fluffy self padding silently along the river border that divided her clan's and Mistclan's territory. She heard something on the other side of the border and saw a water vole. She became engrossed in watching him and stopped paying attention to what she was doing. As we discovered earlier that wasn't a very good thing because sure enough her tiny foot slipped and she fell into the water. The water was a shock to her. She had never been in the water before and didn't like it. She coughed and the water went in her mouth she swallowed it and tried to kicked back to shore but she had to open her mouth and more water rushed in. She coughed trying to stay up but it was very hard with her long fur and she was getting tired. her arms screamed for her to stop.

Florestapaw rolled her eyes at Blackfox and said in a muffled voice, "Lot's of people don't understand him. But... He's right. We do annoy each other to no end... In a good way." Then rolling her eyes again, she huffed and walked past them, tossing the prey ( a thrush ) into the den. "There's food, if you want it. It's newer than the other food; have a nice stay." She gave a sincere smile and then looked at Blackfox and stood there for a few moments. Her light green eyes were serious as she said, "Don't get anything bad about Hazelwing, or anyone else into her head. We're all good cats." Then she gave a respectful bow to Redpaw and added, "Firestar was a wonderful leader, I heard, and I'd love to hear stories about him and your family, though it puts me in a state of awe as to that you have met and lived with StarClan. But again, I would be honored to hear your stories. I'm a big fan of stories about StarClan."
Every word Floresta paw said to Redpaw was true. Nodding to both of them, she padded off, her easily shifting moods due to stress and annoyance, which were basically the same thing. She grunted as she went back to the shaded area, and laid down, her back to everyone. Her eyes closed, and she was enveloped in the fine dreams of a perfect world.

Redpaw sighed as she finished the nice piece of fresh-kill. It was different than the Starry skies prey, but she liked it. "I would rather stick to my music." She pulled togeather some old moss to make a somewhat comfortable nest. She wouldn't take someone elses, and she figured she should take something that the clan wouldn't mind her using. She'd been causing enough trouble as it was. "I learned Music in the stary skies." She yawned, "Twolegs made the name. It means a sound that has rythem and harmony. Like the birds chirping or the stream running over the stones in a river. A song can bring you anywhere. Make you feel anything." With a sigh, she closed her eyes and hummed a song like twilight. Streams running over rocks, with birds and mice settling down for the night.

Blackfox listened to her song carefully, letting himself be taken away by it. "Its beautiful," he said softly and to cover his slight embarassment, "But of course not as much as me." He flicked her nose with the tip of his tail. "Later." He chuckled and loped away from the apprentices den. Redpaw was different and strange but she was interesting. Also she didnt give him harsh states when he teased her. Still it was nice t have a fresh face around.

Ivyheart limpded over to Hazelwing, " Are you all right? It sounds like you dont like her... and nethier do I. She's all puting her paws on Blackfox like she was a part of our clan. But she isn't... " She looked at Hazelwing, " I'm serious... it's not like she's staying..... " Ivyheart mewed, then blinked, " Is she? Cause if she is I am going to lose my mind..... I know she's realatied to Firestar but she just is.... I don't know... "

Tinypaw struggled to get to shore until she could do no more.She finally gave up and was carried down stream where she was washed up on the rocks. Her back feetin the water. With her fur soaking wet she looked even smaller. Tinypaw's flanks rose and fell faintly. Her orange self layed on the cold unforgiving rocks as the river flowed threating to pull her in again.

Fangdust sighed heavily, glaring at everybody else.
"Good grief, kill eachother already. I'm not going to wait 'till someone finally declares battle."
First everyone gets along just fine, being happy and all. But now, now that Redpaw just popped up in LightningClan, tension seemed to grow, most of it coming off in waves from the medicine cat, Hazelwing. At least Florestapaw was calm now, more polite. His head swiveled to Ivyheart, and his stare became more harsh.
"Honestly, I expected better behavior then this towards our guest. I'm not treating her nicely just because of the fact that she's related to the once mighty leader, but because I simply feel like it. She's an apprentice, and all she wants is a place to stay."
