" Yeah.... " Leaf padded up to Featherstorm. " I like Owlscar... " she looked at her. " So how are you I mean with the kits..... I 've always wanted kits but there is never a tom there.... " She sighed. Looking at the entrance to the MEddie den, " zJust don't tell any cat.... it's forbiden to fall in love with Meddie cats... "

Owlscar nearly jumped in surprise as Mudstone relayed all this information to him. As she spoke, his mind flew back to his earlier conversation with Leafdapple. She had seemed really awkward...could it be? "Err...okay," he replied slowly, confused. He was never like this; he usually always had a joke or a cheerful response to anything. Now he was just shocked. He was a medicine cat. He knew he sometimes flirted with she-cats, but almost never seriously. He was completely taken aback by this news. "Erm...thanks for telling me, Mudstone," he meowed hesitantly, smiling awkwardly.

Featherstorm's eyes darkened for a moment. "Are you sure that is what you want though? He is a flirt. I have seen him. Sure he is cute... in a kittish sort of way. Perhaps he just enjoys the chase. Just make sure this is what you want. The father of my kits abandoned me and i dont want to see you hurt the same way. Make sure you make the right choices." After she finished her speech a soft warm smile spread on her face. "Also having kits is a wonderful thing. Just thinking about what they are going to be like makes my heart pound. Will they be tall? Short? Handsome or pretty? I dont know myself but whatever happens i will know that i created them. That they are apart of me." She glanced down at her belly and felt a spasm run through her. Her eyes opened wide for a moment but she shook it away. It couldnt be time for her to have kits already... Right?

Leaf said, " I have to go talk to Owlscar... Bye, Featherstorm.... " She sped over to Owlscar's den. " I need to talk to you... " She stared at him, " Alone... " Leaf looked at him but looked back home.

Owlscar closed his eyes for a brief moment, then opened them again and smiled tentatively at Leafdapple. "Sure," he meowed quietly. He beckoned with his tail, directing her toward the back of the den. He led her there and sat down on the dusty ground, looking at her curiously. "What is it, Leafdapple?" He noticed how a very slight shiver ran through her body as he said her name.

Featherstorm nodded to where Leafdaple had disappeared. She frowned and rested her head on her paws. No, it couldnt be that she was going to kit soon. She let out a sigh and another spasm ran through her. Featherstorm squinted her eyes and stood. She padded to her den and rested in the back on her side. She let out slow breaths as another pang of pain shot through her.

Mudstone walked out fo the den. "It sure is great to love and live. But then your heart breaks and you die! Maybe this is why I am never in love and is always alert. But I'm never happy." Mundstone padded over to featherstorm. 'Do you mind if I sit here for a while?" She said as she ploped down. "Have you ever been lost in your own thoughts. To love and live, but then you get heartbroken and you die. I don't want to die and I don't want to love. I'm scared of being heartbroken and I don't want to die." She sighed.

"Well if we don't kill him maybe there will be death and destruction and maybe this realm will be destroyed and the Cykarie Realm (otherwise know as the Sye Realm in the future) will have a waged war with a realm Blackfang named after himself." Ryujini said then paused. The three of them broke out laughing.

" Wait... something wrong with Featherstorm... " Leaf sped towards the nursery..... Featherstorm was on her back as her stomach heaved. " Owlscar!!!!! Featherstorm is having her kits... "

Featherstorm sent an odd look to Mudstone who for some reason had joined her in the den. "No Mudstone, i have never down th-" but the last of her sentence was cut off by another spasm. What took her by suprise was that Leafdapple had joined them. How had she known to come. "I guess its time to have my kits then..." she said with a smile as another spasm came. She cringed and gasped.

Leafdapple looked at Featherstorm, " Do you need anything? " She remembered when her mom gave birth to her dead sister's and brothers...Her mom died too.
