Taylor smiled at Lucifer. "I bet so!" she said, smiling. "I heard they put our bags in our dorms right when we get to Hogwarts!" She bent down to pet the 'rolling-eyes' Dusky. "Your cat sure has personality!" Taylor giggled. She looked up at Lucifer to see what he would say. Dusky mrrowed when Taylor scratched her ears. "She sure likes to get scratched behind the ears, Lucifer," Taylor informed. She picked up Dusky. "Aww! You kitty tired?" she giggled when Dusky yawned a big cat yawn. She set him down and returned her gaze to Jayden. "What's wrong??" she asked again.
Jayden shrugged. "Nothing, really," he said, sort of lying. "Well actually...I'm just scared of heights, that's all." 'That's all'? What am I saying? My heart almost stops if I climb a tree and look down! "I don't want to get on a broomstick because my mind keeps telling me, 'You're gonna break an arm, you git! Get off that thing!'" He chuckled slightly, trying not to show that he was extremely scared.
Taylor smiled sweetly at Jayden. "It's OK!" she answered. Taylor stared straight into her friend's eyes. "Lot of people are scared of hights, in fact, they're really not required to learn quittich!" She giggled. "In fact, I was once scared of hights, believe it or not! Now, I wanna go high up, as high as I can get!" She laughed and tucked her loose hair behind her ear. Fustrated, she reached into her robe pocket and grabbed out an elastic band. She pulled her hair into a loose ponytail and continued to talk to Jayden, "Just pretend your on the ground sitting on the broomstick and you'll be fine!" She didn't add the, 'hopefully', just in case Jayden became even more scared.
Reggie hopped away from the table and made his way much more slowly toward his companions. With a smile he approached them. Before he had anytime to talk a seventh year Gryffindor boy called out. "Come on everyone!" The boy's bright face was lit with a smile, "Lets get everyone to their dorms and then have you settled down." Reggie sighed softly and felt Ebbs bat at his hand. Reggie turned his odd eyes to the cat who was on teh ground. Leaning down he let the cat scramble on to his shoulder as the grounp moved away toward the dorms.
Taylor jumped with excitement. "We're going!" she exclaimed. She followed the cute seventh year Gryffindor boy with excitement, and half tripped over Reggie's shoes. "Sorry!" she laughed. "I'm quite clumsy!" Bouncing up and down still, she carried Mia, her white persian cat, and almost dropping her. Mia was totally hating this bouncy trip to the dorm room, because she was scratching Taylor's arm and hissing, but Taylor didn't care. She kept on jumping up and down. "HERE WE GO!" she finally said. They were finally going to see Gryffindor's dorm room.
Reggie knitted his brows at the enthusiastic girl. Well, she certainly like it here. Reggie shook his head softly and followed. Ebbs enjoyed the smooth ride on the boy's shoulders. The seventh year brought them in to a large tower full of stair cases. Oddly enough Reggie saw some of the stair cases moving from wall to wall. His mouth hung open. "Be careful now," the older boy grinned, "If you dont watch your step you migh wind up falling off." He motioned with his hands for the others to follow him up the stair case.
Taylor's mouth fell down when she saw the moving staircases. She instantly stopped bouncing and Mia stopped clawing her arm. Holding Mia tightly, she walked toward the stairs and whispered to Reggie, "That looks scary! What if we're late to class one day because of the staircases?" She walked up a staircase, not knowing where she was going, but was following the seventh year boy. "Cool!" She finally managed to say. "It looks cool..."
Ic: Jayden's eyes widened fearfully at the sight of the staircases. 'You might wind up falling off,' the boy had warned them laughingly. Jayden's heartbeat raced as he followed Reggie onto the staircase. As it suddenly moved, Jayden gripped the handrail and closed his eyes tightly. He opened them into slits and dared to look down. "Oh my gods," he breathed, his voice cracking even as he whispered.
Luciver's eyes narrowed in concern for his friend, Jayden. He held Dusky, who was perfectly fine, and walked up to him. "Hey, you'll be fine. Just take it step by step." They were close to the middle, and it seemed that the staircase was getting close to stopping and then starting again. "Cmon Jayden, you'll be fine. If we get separated from the rest of the group though, I don't know what we'll do." He stood beside Jayden, waiting for him to take a step.

"If that was meant to be comforting, it was not."
"Everyone dies eventually. Once you are born, you begin to die."
"That was not comforting either!"
"It is the way of the Creed. Usually our deaths are violent but quick."
Reggie stayed by both Lucifer and Jayden as the group moved away. The ginger haired boy grew worried. "Come on ol' chap, lets go." He grinned reassuringly. His odd eyes glanced nervously toward the departing group. A frown touched the boys lips. He grasped Jayden by the shoulder and pulled him along harshly, wherther or not he wanted to stay in that spot. The staircase wouldnt stay this way for long and they had to catch up. "Come on," he grunted as he pulled the boy with him. "Come on louie," He growled at Lucifer.
