Kitty felt the teacher's stare on her hood and red brown bangs and stuck her tongue out at her drawing, scrunching up her face comically. "Who wants to learn stupid math anyway?" She asked herself, under her breath. One of the kids nearby chuckled. She grinned. Let the teacher see THAT student off. And get off my back! I'm sure you hated school when you had to go through it too! She thought rebelliously. "Hmph." Was her last comment on the teacher's startling call to Will, and she began humming again, building up little by little. Step by step. She grew louder, but not loud enough for the teacher, still idiotic enough to keep drawling, would hear.
Ooc: I mean no offense to teachers. :3 XD

"It is the way of the Creed. Usually our deaths are violent but quick."
Will cringed under the teacher's steady yet harsh gaze. The song that he had been so keen to listent o before no longer reached his ears. Instead his sensitive ears were filled teh harpy like screach of teh teacher. Will glanced down at his notes and wrote more. He was afriad of getting yelled out. If he did get in to too much trouble they would call his mom and dad. Will was afriad of his old man. The large brown haired man stood a head taller than everyone, this is where Will got hos long legs from. His face was chisled and harsh, Will was always scared every time his large eyes turned to him. Will shivered slightly and grasped his right wrist with his left hand. He tried to calm down and hear the music once more.
Kitty quirked her eyebrows. Why was this kid so worried about impressing the teacher? She looked down into her jacket and quickly scrolled through some songs to another one that she liked to sing to. Again, she began singing, "I used to ruule the world~ Seas would rise when I gaave the word~" She almost whispered, and yet it could be heard by the kids around her. That was sometimes why they liked sitting next to her, and sometimes why they hated it. She pulled her kitty-eared hood a little lower, so her eyes were hidden, and only the red bangs showed.

Will listened softly and relaxed a bit more. He tossed a glance bhind him to see if he could find the source of this magical voice but no moving mouths came in to view. Still there was Kitty sitting doddling on her pieces of paper. He frowned slightly. She couldnt be the source of the heaven voice... could she? He frowned slightly and watched her a little bit. His hazel eyes studied her kitty eard hood and her red bangs that flowed out from underneath it. It was odd but there was nothing wrong with her. Not really anyway. Still he got an increased heart rate as he stared at her. Hopefully she wasnt a bully. out of the corner of his eye he saw that it was almost time for this class to get out.
Kitty almost had an instinct for when the bell would ring in school. Why? She never knew. Maybe because of her willingness to escape the evil teachers? Maybe. She felt eyes boring into her hood, and they weren't adult eyes. She used a hand to prop up her hood a little and see who was looking at her. Her sparkling dark blue eyes showed her that is was Will. Her mouth still moved to the song, and she was still singing the words. "Listen as the crowd would sing~ Now the old king is dead long live the king~ One minute I held the key~ Next the walls were closed on me~"As she sang, she put away her drawings, then her pencils and she zipped up her backpack. Just as she put her backpack on her desk, the bell rang.

Will felt heat flush his face. So it was Kitty who was singing... and she had seen him staring at her! He looked forward and tried not to die of embarrassment. His fingers twitched with nervousness as he tried to put his things away. Right when he zipped up his backpack the bell rang loudly startling him. He jumped from his seat making a slight yelping sound. He glanced around to see wierd looks being passed to him. Will was about ready to collapse now. He frowned and shuffled to the door.
Kitty smiled, still tilting her head from side to side as she listened to her music. "Hey Will?" She murmured quietly in her melodic voice as she walked outside of the classroom. "Do you need some help?" She asked, walking with him at the moment. How did she not notice? She had quite a few classes with Will. Now that she paid attention to him, he seemed to be everywhere where she had to go. And yet he was so different. He worried about his grades, while she worried about pencil smudges on her art.

Will heard her soft voice and didnt jump. He was glad she was not like the other girls in class, pruposely rushing otu of the room to scare him and see if he would faint. At times, will felt like a possum. Nervous, and willing to play dead at any moment. He glanced sideways at Kitty, seeing the soft way he walked and yet her nickname suited her. She was like a cat, Cool headed and almost sly looking. He felt like a possum again when standing next her. Like should could sink her fangs in him and he wouldnt be able to do a thnig about it. "H-help? Help with what?" he stammered, "I am fine at the m-moment thank you." He quivered nervously.
Kitty blinked, and smiled at him. She liked the way he walked. Not exactly like a predator. More like, a deer. She liked that, especially because most boys in the school acted like tigers but had none of the grace or majesty of one. "I don't know. You seemed a bit flustered. Do you need help with your books?" She asked with absolute sincerity. Besides, her hands were empty. She didn't carry her schoolbooks. If she planned to fail, she planned to do it all the way.

A sort of smile touched Will's lips, "Carry my books? Wow... I think i should be the one to ask you that." He grinend a bit moer and let out a semi deep laugh. He found it odd that a firl was askign to carry his books. The tables were turned and now he felt more like possum beside a nto so hungry cat. His shoulders relaxed a bit and he stood a little taller. He didnt feel so afriad around her. Well, not to the point that he should be shaking anymore.
