"Make fun of you?" Dragon questioned, "Of course not." Dragon tried to ignore the thoughts she heard form other students. "Hey, I'm sorry i got you into all this," she smiled, "Do you want me to create another scheme?" Dragon knew he didn't want to talk so she wanted to hurry. "Hey, I can't be a hero because i lied about my mind reading powers. I can read minds, but i really didn't want anyone to know." She laughed, "Destiny helped ruin it for me."
Oliver looked up at Dragon, "It didn't even matter if you kept it a secret, Coach Boomer still made you a hero." He looked down & played with his fingers. "It's too late to come up with a plan now, I'm lucky to be a sidekick." He rested his head in his hands.
Dragon pondered a moment and sighed, "I think it's weird though..." she paused watching Oliver, "your thoughts are more clear and they last longer then the others, my mind reading is an on and off thing, but your thoughts hardly ever turn off...I hope you don't mind..." Dragon thought for a moment more, waiting on Olivers response.
"You knew I didn't have powers didn't you?" Oliver tried not to think about his father so Dragon might not hear it. He looked up at Dragon & had a slightly worried face. He tried hard to block out any important thoughts that Dragon might discover.
"Yes," Dragon replied, "as soon as i got in the bus, and i know about your dad too..." She paused for alittle while, "hey, i'm sorry i messed things up, i'll make it up to you as soon as i can, I promise." The thoughts started to fade, even Oliver's.
Oliver made a an ashamed face & looked down, "Please don't tell any one about my dad. I don't want them to think I'm like him." His birth mark started to ache abit because his dad probably hurt something. He had abit of a link with his dad but it wasn't too strong.
"Well, now we've both got secrets to hold," Flare smiled, "If mine doesn't seem to great then i'm sure i can think of another one," She laughed and sighed, "I won't tell any one, I promise" She stopped then continued, "We only met because i heard your thoughts," Dragon's hands became hot again and she put her hands in fists laying them on her lap, "This may shock you, but before i met you i was a cold, bitter girl who had to try my hardest to keep my flames away." She laughed, trying to cool her hands down, "I was a bratt." she laughed again.
OOC: sure u can smokey :) IC: Oliver looked up at Dragon, "I was just the small, quiet one in the corner wishing he had friends." He looked down & remembered being picked on at school. "I got picked on alot because of it." He sighed quietly & continued to think about disappointing his parents.
Dragon wondered if she should leave, she felt she was making him sadder and sadder the more she's with him. She watched his thoughts till they faded away. Flare sighed and spoke, "I'll see you in alittle bit, I'll be in my room if you need me." After she left she went to her room and burned the first thing she saw which happend to be a chair. She whisped the flames away and sat on the coach her face in her hands.
