Duskfeather was about to yowl a warning to the clan when she paused, an unwanted hope fluttering in her chest. It was a Twoleg, could it be? She had faced disappointment so many times. But this one knew where the camp was, and it was calling her name. The clans had finally been rebuilt, and maybe, just maybe, it was him. She had saved the Clans, and everyone else was happy. She bounded through the thorn tunnel, and looked up at the Twoleg before her. Her heart leaped and thudded within her chest. It looked like the human form of Runningcloud she had seen, only older. "R-runningcloud?" She meowed, tentatively almost. Many of the clan had seen her calling his name, to Twolegs, and other tortoiseshell cats. They believed that his sudden death had led to a slight insanity on her part, always looking for him, as if he was still alive.

Luke stared down at the small cat before him. Tears filled his eyes as he gently leaned down to her. "Please tell me this isnt a dream... Duskie? Is that you?" He gently reached forward, as if any fast movement would cause this vision to shatter. Yet when his hand met the very real fur of Duskfeather's head, he rushed both hands forward ad pulled her in to his arms. His eyes closed tightly as he hugged her close to his chest. "I found you... Thank the heavens above i found you!" He sobbed softly and his throat contricted with emotion.

"Runningcloud! It is you!" Duskfeather's eyes teared up and she snuggled her head into the Twoleg's chin. She heard a confused yowl from the camp, but she called back, "It's alright! I've found Runningcloud!"
"And so she runs off again, to find another random Twoleg who she believes is her love," Dustpelt muttered.
"The poor thing. Runningcloud's death hit her hard," Sandstorm meowed to the older tom as they lay in the camp. It was greenleaf, it was not that unusual to hear a Twoleg crashing around every once and a while.
"Oh Runningcloud, you haven't forgotten!"

OOC; Hurray! I think that is a great place to leave it ^^ Congrats everybody! We finally did it! We made an RP from start to finish!! We are awsome!! XD Im so glad that this made it as long as it did! I will close it soon but for now i will leave it open to start discussing things. No more IC posts ;D

If we leave it like this it will make everyone wonder what happens you know ^^" That way if and when we open a second Stories Come Alive then we can make up what happened to Luke and Duskfeather during the first few posts as our new characters ;D
Though to tell you the truth im a bit wary of opening the second one since sequels never really do as good as the original... Though Second Generation lasted longer in the months it was open to its original... Anyway, I intend on opening a second one soon =D

yay! that'd be a blast, second generation of SCA :] i can't wait.

my favorite part would definitely be when Ghosty and Dusky were together. it was so fun to play. when they broke apart, it was quite fun to make Ghostfur all depressed and everything :]

The best part for me would probably be... The beginning and the final battle! The beginning of this was just amazing and tying to come up with an excuse for the reason we could get rid of our characters. The final battle was amazing because with every post i had no idea what i was going to do with it ^^"

Anyway, yay for a second-gen. And yeah, they never survive, but it will be closely followed by the rpers here for the first few posts at LEAST. (yay for an epilouge~ :D)
