Lorak nodded softly, thanking his alpha for the save. He turned his attention back to Rin and lifted a brow. The he wolf fell silent, figuring that it wasnt his place to speak. Aiano had that all covered. He was just the muscle to back up the words, not that she couldnt take care of herself. He wouldnt dare dream of fighting her, however his blood once again told him that he could easily make her blood flow like a river if he wished. But he did not wish that. He would rather kill himself first before letting any harm befall the she wolf.

Cloudandis was not far off when she heard the others. "Shades."she muttered as she went to find and get the pups out of there. But no matter what, she had no emotion or expression. If she heard bad news, she would be the first to warn others if she was told to. She had heard they needed to get out of there, so that counted. She picked up a pup and looked at the others. She would protect them, even with no emotion or expression.

With wide eyes, Aiano looked to Lorak. "Shades!" she howled commandingly. "Shades are on the move, SnowPack! Round up the pups! And Get ready!" Nudging Lorak, she spoke quickly and in a hushed voice. "Lorak. Come with me." Back away from him for a second, she let out a frightful war howl, head heald high. "Let us fight til our last breath!" it said.

Lorak was at her flank the instant she nudged him. He understood easily what his role would be. As she let out the war call, he threw back his own head and let out a billowing, almost unnatural wolf's howl. His intermixed with hers giving them the sound that one would think a huating ghost would make. Lorak lowered his muzzle first and remained at the white wolf's side. He would fight beside her and he was pretty darn good at it too. He had been trained as a guardin since the day he was born. His fangs were her's. His claws would strike down those who would kill her. That was his creed.

Rin ran for the pups, letting the younger ones clumb on her pack and holding on, and the older ones right beside her. She watched as other guardians and hunters did the same. As soon as they were rounded up the wolves all led the pups to a safer area. "I'll be right back!" Rin yelled as she hurried back to SnowPack Territory.

Cloudandis was moving fast, thinking fast, working fast. She picked up two pups, and started making snuffling noises through the camp as she ran past. That was her danger signal if she couldn't talk. She was emotionlessly carrying the pups who seemed to have fallen asleep in her jaws. She just ran them out of there, heading for the safe den. She left them there and found another pup, putting it in. She sat in front of the safe den, but didn't look like she had any emoton, any feeling for what was happening.Something snarled and ran at her. She still took no notice, standing there, amotionless. The creature attacked, but she had it down and ripped open in seconds. It made a terrifying screich, and she knew it wasn't a pack wolf, but a shade. She ran into the safe den with the pups she had rescued and huddled around them protectivley. Another shade was coming in! She didn't snarl or bark, but just killed it with no feeling, and huddled around the pups again.

"My fangs are my clan's. My claw's are my clan's. My heart is my clan's," she howled as she raced towards where the Shades came from. They always came from there. Always. She knew Lorak was keeping pace with her, as her tail wildly lashed side to side, occasionally hitting Lorak's shoulder. "Side by side, Lorak. This way is dangerous," she said quickly, eyes still aimed forwards. Her long legs guided her there. That one spot. That one area, where there was the possibility her life would end.

OOOC: wait scorch the shades are't near the area, they are on the opposite side of the camp, and they are faw away, we are just preparing for an attack.

ic: Cloudandis was protecting the pups with all of her strength as the shades came and attacked again and again, still going for the pups. But her strenght was fading. She had never fought so many shades. But her emotions still never flickered. Not even when a shade had her pinned in front of the den, ready to kill her. She didn't bark, yowl, scream...nothing. She didn't even close her eyes as it came for the kill, and she kept fighting. It had her throat now, and was tightening its vice like grip. She was to die? Fine. But she would die protecting the pups. She was now over the den, covering the entrence. The pups squelled for her and their mother, and heir screams rang out through the camp. Cloudandis still showed no emotion as she killed the shade, only to find her throat in another's jaws.
