Lorak let out a deadly growl as he lept at the new shade. It turned its attention to the half prince for just a moment. The hesitation made it shift its weight giving Aiano a chance to get out. Lorak wanted to make sure that window of oppurtunity stayed open. He launched himself at its back and dug his front claws in to its back. "My life for hers," he snarled as he snapped at the creature's ear and kept hold. The shade roared in pain as it reared back, releasing Aiano.
Cloudandis was still unemotional, even with another pack member yowling at her. She simply nodded to Rin and went as fast as she could to get to the pups. She grabbed one and made it more secure so that it was safley laying at her paws, standing in front of the other pups and putting them in front of her paws calmly, so that when Rin caugght up, she could easily take some of them and help her get them to a better place. As usual, her eyes were blank, nothing in her. But her mind was now active again, letting her emotions flicker and burn in her brain. She was still lonley, but the pups were needing protection. In the waking world, she calmly protected the pups, nothing showing, and her mind shut down again. She saw a shade heading for them . It was the same size as her, and she pinned it down. As it barked in protest, she shattered it's legs and snapped its neck. The pups were still safe, and she curled around them in a position from wich she could get up and attack if nesccesary. But she would not leave the pups behind.
As Jupiter ran deeper into the forest, he smelled more and more wounds. Putting as much on as possible, he tried to avoid the shades. One jumped onto him, and Jupiter squirmed helplessly under the powerful claws of the shade.
Part of his body just wanted to give up and die. But he knew it was impossible, not at this point. For goodness sake, he was almost 6 years old. He had been alive for many years, and served his clan. He doesn't even have an apprentice -- yet -- to carry on the life of a healer.
Fight, Jupiter! Fight!
The tiny, insecure voice inside his head took action. Jupiter knew he didn't fight for years -- he had only been a few moons old when he started training, but he took in enough information to remember how to protect himself. He twisted his body and clawed the shade in the belly, and ran off with the herbs after the shade let him go, twisting in pain. Running, he stopped in front of a bleeding Aiona.
Cloudadis had managed to get the pups in a better spot, and was fighting again. She saw Jupiter and ran at break neck speed towards her, the shades not coming near her after seeing her shatter three other shades legs. She also saw that Aiano was bleeding. Still unemotional on the out side, she nodded to Jupiter who was now patching her up. In her mind, she was screaming bloody murder and bursting with fury. How DARE they hurt Alpha! In the waking world, she charged at any shades that went near Aiano, crushing them to death. She was surprisingly not very weighty, but she was extreamly strong. She saw another shade after the pups and gave it a swift and painfull death, its scrieching just ringing in her ears. But she felt no pity whatsoever, and was slaughtering them. No oe hurt the pack. No one. But no matter how angry she was inside, her emotions never showed or flickered. Not even a spark of hatered in her eyes. In her mind, she was a roaring monster ready to kill every shade in sight. They would not harm the pack with her there.
OOC; Just letting you know Scorchie, Shades are pretty big so shattering them might not be so easy ^^" THe lesser shades are about as big as a wolf itself ;D
ooc: THEY ARE?! wow! Let's just say I iz fighting lesser shades...sorry bout that!
ic:As Cloudandis fought, a large bear shade came and attacked her, sending her flying through the air towards a lion shade. She turned in mid fall and slashed the lion shade accross the throat, only to find it trying to crush her under its paws. She struggled and fought, snapping at it and beginning to growl uncontrolably.

ooc: Sorry dragonpaw, but you can't join till yer' an apprentice. O.O" Say Ebbs, can you reserve the last spot for him? I know that's a big favor but...
ic: Cloudandis finaly dislodged the lion shade, and started tearing its ear, snapping at every oportunity. It had pinned its paws on one of her nerves, causing her to growl. She made a final blow to the snarling shape, and it was a scrap of fur. The bear shade leapt at her again, but she jumped over it, managing to bite the end of the stubby little tail it had. As it franticly tried to shake her off, she bit harder and harder on its tail untill it came off in her mouth. The shade was screiching louder than ever, its agony ringing through its very soul. As the bear fell over, still rithing in pain, Cloudandis snapped at its neck and managed to grab hold, the pitigul creature screaming for mercy. Then she twisted its neck and broke it, leaving the beast to lay in silence. She saw a lesser shade and challenged it, watching every move it made. The wolf shade leapt at her, its yellow glowing eyes gleaming with a lust for blood. She ducked underneath it and bit its left hind leg, simply crushing the apendage as the shade snapped and barked at her, trying to reach her throat. Then, it threw her a menacing grimace of disgust and bit her tail. Then it looked shocked, for she still didn't yelp or cry out in pain, she simply dropped its leg and bit ITS tail. It immediatly let go and yelped, but she just bit harder every time it glanced at her. Other shades took the oppertunity to attack, and another lesser wolf shade bit her in the ear. She still wouldn't let go of the shade she had, and stomped on the foot of her attacker. It gave a surprised yelp and let go. She dropped the shade she had on the ground and attacked the other one.

OOC: I cant reserve it ^^" Only the maker of the RP can ^^" Also, please dong God-mod you've taken out at least 15 or so shades and your character is barely hurt. Your character can be really good at fighting but you would be pretty beat up by now especially with how much you keep getting knocked down ^^
Looking up at Jupiter with rage-filled eyes, she snarled, "Heal the others, Jupiter, then get back to the pups. And if I don't survive this, tell Cloudandis that she better make Lorak Beta." With that, Aiano stumbled into a standing position, and took a few stutter steps before she was into a full blown run, charging into the Shade that Lorak fought. Legs weak, she hardly stood on all four when she continued to fight, but she would fight till the death for her pack -- they were her family. "And my life for my Pack's!" she muttered in reply to what Lorak had said about his life being for her's. She never liked the feeling that her pack members would give their life for her. It made her feel like an unhappy ruler. So in return, she would fight, even if bleeding, for her family -- her Pack.
