Cloudandis followed in pursuite, leaving Holly to follow behind. She spotted a Sinner. He was about to ambush Rach! She flew down fast as a speeding bullet and slammed him to the ground, only to find him putting his jaws over her throat. She scraped his under belly with her claws aand he lay on the ground, dead. The other Sinners grinned as another bunch surrounded them. Cloudandis jumped at them and slashed left and right. Her other wing, the darker one, had the horns and scales slashing and lashing out at them. They would not get away.
Rach growled at a sinner, and then saw Cloudandis. He turned away and snapped a sinner's throat. It was the last one, and it fell dead with the others. He trained his eyes to his beta. "I never told you or Holly to come. You knew your place in this battle! We need a leader back at camp, defending it!" he snapped. "You've been me beta for seasons now, don't you know by now that if I don't call you for a battle, you're not to follow?" He growled at Cloudandis. He was being harsh. but she should really know what to do in these sort of battles!

Cloudandis simply told him,"I kow you didn't ask me to.I just didn't want that Sinner to kill you."and she flew back to camp. Holly was already there. "We shouldn't have followed him."He told her breathlessly. Cloudandis nodded in agreement and sent him to his den with a wave of her tail. She then went to her own. Yet she couldn't find reason to be able to listen to ach's scornfull commands. Why shouldn't she have protected him? She pushed the thought away. She shouldn't have followed him. End of story. There was no point in aruing about it.
Holly had gone fast asleep, thoughts buzzing in his mind. Everthing was happening to fast. The Sinners had launched several unanticipated attacks, and what was worse was that Cloudandis was acting so strange. And now he knew why. She was a half beed. The one thing he and many other metawolves didn't want in the pack. He turned his thoughts to the sinners. They would pay for attacking an unprotected hunting patrol. Just as he knew them, they were cowards who attacked the weak and defensless. But what could he do about it? So many qestions straye in and out of his mind.
CLoudandis meanwhile, was tending to the camp, but from her den. She knew how hey would react to her wing. She made sure the camp was well protected, especially the heart of it, and the skies. Those were thier weakest points. But she didn't come out of her den. If they needed to talk to her, she would let them come in and then wrap up the conversation with little talking. She didn't want anyone to stay there for too long. She had some meta wolves guarding Rach's den, and the prisoners den. The place was now double guarded, and every meta wolve's wings were checked before they entered camp, just to asure that they weren't a Sinner trying to get in.
Rach growled. He felw back to camp and found Cloudandis. This conversation was far from over. She had to listen to his commands. "I would have fought it without your help! You know that! Are you calling me weak?" he snarled. He lashed his tail and flapped his wings restlessly. He wouldn't tolerate this disrespect from his beta. "I know you're under a lot of 'distress' because you found out you're a half breed, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't follow my orders!"

Cloudandis looked at him. "No, I never said you were. I don't doubt you."she told him. She wasn't dispbeying him for that. Cloudandis calmly sat down, facig him. "I'm not trying to make it look that way. And I'm not dispbeying you for that reason."she said to him. SHe knew he was angry, and he had every right to be, but not even she understood some things she did. SHe stayed facing him. "I'm not trying to disrespect you." she calmly explained.
IC: crome managed to get up and walk over to the other sinner."you ok?" he managed to get out before falling right-next to him.crome propped the other sinner up agenst his shoulder and put a scaly wing over him."don't worry you'll be safe." he looked up and growled at the guards at the front of the cave.

Rach sneered at Cloudandis. "You're not disobeying me?" he snapped, and let out a laugh. "I never told you to do anything, but that doesn't mean make your own rules and follow them! You were to stay back here and defend the camp!" he growled. "Remember that next time!" Rach turned and padded away for his own den. He curled up on the stone floor, lined with feathers and moss. "Oh Rally. What am I going to do?" he sighed, and drifted off to sleep.

Cloudandis didn't waver. She went without a word. She didn't tell anyone where she was going. SHe sat at the edge of camp. She hadn't inquired that she wasn't disobeying him. And she had never said that she was making her own rules. If Rach was going to be so sensitive, then she wasn't coming at Midnight. She wouldn't leave. Why should she? Thoughts of what could happen swirled in her head. Rach was frustrated. And stressed But she didn't know how to act when he was like this. She looked out to the forest. She knew Rach was angry with her. But he had no right to say something like that. And even if he did, he should've kept it to himself. As she sat there at the edge of camp, she spotted something. A gorvacheve was heading towards something. It looked at her with its yellow orb like eyes. "meta?"it ased. She didn't answer. It then simply walked away without bothering her, leaving what it ha been carrying.
Cloudandis stared at the object. The Gorvacheve had anished, and its scent was gone. The item it had left was circular, and shiny. She didn't like shiny things. Last time, there had been an item like that, and it had been a fox trap. She carefully came to it. It was... a necklace. A necklace of tear drops.... but not wolf tear drops. It wasn't the cure. She picked it up and headed back to camp. When she was there, she left it at Rach's den, not telling him a thing. If he wanted to know about it, he could as the Gorvacheve. She hadn't the faintest idea what it was, but it was made out of tear drops. She had sniffed it, and had found it was made of metawolf tear drops. She didn't go to her den, but went back to the edge of the camp, this time in a tree.
Rach saw his beta put down a necklace, and memories came flooding back to him in an instant. The rain, the Gorbacheve, the betrayal, and that necklace. He raced to it and sniffed it. This was it. When he was young, he had almost forgotten about Reela. She was a Gorbacheve that had taken care of him when his parents had left him. She had told him about the cure, and about everything. She had faked that she had the cure, but it was a necklace of metawolf tears. She had betrayed him and told him that it was true, and had left him in the pouring rain, injured and alone. Now, the necklace. It was extremely powerful. He snatched it and raced out into the forest. "Reela!" he howled. No answer. "REELA! I'm here! I'm listening to what you want to tell me! REELA! I'M HERE!" he called at the top of his lungs. Then he knew. She had told him. She had said she was sorry, and gave him this necklace as a powerful token. "This will get us to the cure," he whispered to himself. He was filled with joy. He had to tell everyone. "Cloudandis!" he shouted. He would start with his beta.

Cloudandis turned her head to Rach, nothing of concern for him on her mind. She saw joy in his eyes, but hers remained empty. She came over to him, just sitting. "Yes?"she asked. She wasn't the happyest wolf on campus. Rach had yelled at her, and now he was a happy mad rabbit? She flicked her tail slowly, waiting for him to tell her the"good news", and find out what had cheered her grumpy leader up so uch.
