Ichio shook his hand, and ye somethign caught him. "Say... out of curiosity...are you blind?"he asked Skyler. The CHeshire cat gave him a grin. "Ah, but blind people are smart, even without sight. Their other senses are quite keen, That is, If Sky here is a blindy."he laughed. Ichio gave a chuckle. "Bah, don't worry. He might seem nutty, but the really crazy one is the Mad Hatter. He'll catch you by surprise."he told Skyler.

Skyler's expression was totally blank, as usual. "Yeah, I'm blind," he confirmed, emotionless. "But the pussy cat is right. My other senses are really good... Like hearing. And smell. I know people by their sounds. Everyone makes little random noises sometimes without noticing it. And everyone's are different. Their scents, too. Everyone's got a different smell. Not good or bad. Just a scent. And I memorize everyone's scents and sounds and..." He shrugged. Then he turned in the direction of the Cheshire Cat, and it looked like Skyler could have been looking him straight in the eye. "By the way, kitty, don't call me Sky."

The Cheshire cat gave a mocking expression of guilt. "Oh righty then Cloudy. What? I can't think of any other nickname."he confessed with a grin. " Oh and Cloudy, don't call me kitty."he said. Ichio surpressed a sigh. Great, the Cheshire cat was thinking of more fun to haqve. "Sorry, he and the Mad Hatter are both nuts. Although I can't say which one is crazyer."Ichio told Sky;er. "And Cheshire, I don't think he'd like a nick name. Besides, he could kick both our butts. Trust me, never ubderestimate a blind man."he said seriously. The CHeshire cat sat calmmly, and then... vanished into thin air. Now he was on Skyler's head, acting and moving exactly like the white rabbit. "Honestly Ichio, I don't see why he shouldn't loosen up a little. Come on, just sit down by the fire. You probably know who's on your head right now."he said in a happy tone. "After all, you seem to have taken quite a fall out of the rabbit hole." Ichio stepped forewards, picking up the CHeshire cat, who was now the Cheshire bunny. "Oy, mind yer manners!"he laughed. He then pulled up two logs by the fire. "You know, you can sit with us if you want. I'll be on watch tonight anyways."Ichio told him with a friendly smile.

"If I wasn't totally confused and exhausted right now, Kitty, you'd be a pile of cat litter," Skyler muttered darkly. Silently he strode over to sit beside Ichio. He listened quietly to the fire crackling and Ichio's steady breathing. The boy's heartbeat was in sync with that of the cat's.
Skyler absentmindedly ran his fingers through his blonde hair. "Oh, Kitty, I wish I was allergic to cats. Then you'd to leave me alone." He gave a fleeting grin as he stretched his arms out in front of him, and his usually clouded eyes held a mischievous glint.

The now CHeshire bunny hopped back and forth. "Haha! He knows how to have fun! Just watch out for the fire." laughed the cheshire bunny. But the last part of his sentence was seriouse. Even he cared about the well being of others. Especially a blind man. He sat on his little bummy haunches next to Skyler.Ichio transformed as well. Now HE was a Cheshire bunny. The CHeshire cat and he copied eachothers movments and sat in front of Skyler. Then they both transformed into Ichio. "He LOVES to copy me."They both said. They then sat back down, the Cheshire bunny appearing yet again. Ichio transformed back to himself. He sat calmly by the fire, watching Skyler. The CHeshire bunny wasn't finished though. Now he had transformed into Skyler. "Woa! Never transformed like this before!"he laughed.

The fingers of Skyler's right hand twitched slightly as Ichio and the cat transformed back and forth. The glint in his clouded blue eyes disappeared. His lips twitched as the cat transformed into Ichio, but a laugh didn't escape his mouth. And when the cat transformed into something different... Skyler noticed. He could feel the presence of something he had never felt before. He stopped his own breathing for a few moments, listening, feeling the changes in the air around him, feeling the space being pushed aside and changed. He recognized the breathing pattern of the transformed cat in a strange way... "Hey!" Skyler suddenly exclaimed. He felt the cat and Ichio jump at his outburst. "You're me, you little impostor," Skyler accused, pointing straight at the cat that was apparently himself.

"Ah, but that's the fun of it! C'mon, have a laugh. I don't mean ya harm." the CHeshire cat protested. He transformed back into himself, a fluffy purple cat. Ichio stood there for a few moments, surprised at Skyler's out burst. It was just a fun joke. They hadn't done harm. But why was Skyler so tense. '"We didn't mean any trouble. We'll stop all right? What's wrong?" Ichio asked him. He didn't see what was wrong with a bit of transformation. The Cheshire cat looked crest fallen. No one ever reacted to him like that, not even when they saw him transform into them. He couldn't understand why Skyler didn't like it.

Skyler lowered his hand and stood quite still for nearly ten seconds. It was completely silent. Suddenly he burst out laughing at himself. "Ha! I got you," he snickered, proud of himself. "I was kidding. I'm not angry." He faced the cat. "I mean, I'm not gonna lie, Kitty. You do kinda get on my nerves for some reason. But anyways. It's all good." Skyler leaned closer to the fire, carefully putting his left hand right above the flames, trying to get a sense of where they were, how wide and how tall the fire was burning. He lowered his hand to the side, then quickly passed it through the very center of the flame. A smile tugged at one corner of his mouth as the flame tickled his palm. He passed his hand through again, the other way, then brought it to his face, warming his cheek.

"Haha! He does know how to have fun!" The Chshire cat burst, his laugh an echo. Ichio to was laughing. He couldn't beleive someone had finally pulled one on the old Cheshire cat. That was nearly immpossible. "Haha! Wait, wait, I've got an idea!"The CHeshire cat said. He transformed into the Mad Hatter and started doing the Irish jig. "WOOOHEEE!"he laughed.Ichio couldn't help it. He was laughing so hard, he barly knew what had happened. While laughing, he'd transformed into the CHeshire cat. The Cheshire cat thought Ichio was just joking around, so he played along. He transformed into Ichio, who had stopped laughing. They stared at eachother, confused. Then they looked at Skyler. They couldn't help it now. They burst out laughing at eachother, their voices the same. "HAHAHA! Look what happened to you!"they laughed. They then stopped for a few seconds.
