ic: Alexia heard him and stopped for a bit. "I think we're almost there, so hang on." she said. SHe came to a hatch that lead down into her closet. It happened to be large, and had several mediacal supplies, and some food. "We're here." she said. SHe felt her way around and headed down into the closet. She slowley opened the door. no one else was in her room by the sound of it. They had made it this far. Easton's room would be a few doors over, up one level.

Easton showed up in her closet and couldn't help but rest against the wall of her closet. "I hope you don't mind me poppin a squat in your closet but I need to rest for a moment before we keep going." he told her laughing. "It's really warm in here you don't mind if I set my jacket down in your closet do you?" he asked her starting to unbutton it and take his hat off. Shaking his hair it fell back in place and he waited for the okay to dump his stuff down on the floor.

"Yeah sure. "Said Alexia. SHe listened to the outside. It sounded like the rest of the infected on that floor were headed down to the main room. She closed her door. "Need anything to sustain you? I have some sugary food in the fridge. " she said. "Anything sugary can be found there and sometimes in the closet." she told him. "We should be able to get to our room, but I need to make sure it's safe." she said.

He sat his stuff down and got up "It appears I am in your debt again." he didn't laugh because he didn't find this particularly amusing. Easton went to the kitchen and grabbed a Dr. Pepper drinking it slowly. As he downed it the shaking lessened and when he was done he put the can in trash. "Alright I'm not letting you go by yourself no matter how amazing you may be." he threw a smile in her direction and laughed.

Alexia laughed at this. "Not amazing, just knowing. Knowledge is saftey as much as power." she told him. "It's a quote I came up with." she explained. "Besides, you have to get to your oom, of course I'm not going alone." she told him with a small giggle. She didn't expect many people to exactley enjoy how she took things. Many blind people were too scared for things like this. But she would take them as they came. She went over and sat in a chair. SOmething struck her. "Oh, right, my painting aisle." she whispered. She felt the ground with her feet, coming to it. She picked up a cloth and started to wipe it down, the blood from earlier still on it and dry. "I wonder how Janice felt...to have died with her child when they had so much. Even the girl's aunt Liz is dead." she muttered. She had no family what-so-ever, and many of the people residing in the place were like family.

Easton sat on the bed and watched her quietly observing. "I have a question Alexia. After all this is over and done with would you mind posing for my portfolio?" he asked. His specialty was photographing models and his love of vintage made for some questionable picture and some fabulous ones. "Of course the final decision is yours but I'm trying to get my best pictures together so I can send them to Ontario." He watched her calmly as she wiped off her aisle.

Alexia paused for a minute, thinking it over. She gave her final answer. "Sure, that's okay. I'm told I'm good at art, though I can't really see it...yet, when I touch the colors, theimage I made kinda comes back to me." she said. She finished cleaning Janices blood off. SHe folded the cloth and put it on her bed. It was next to East, who's breathing seemed to have calmed. She went over to her canvas, which was completeley ruined. But she didn't mind. "Since we might need to wait for a bit, I think I'll start out on this again." she said, starting to sketch. THe shapes defined themselves in her mind, the tracing on the paper doing well with her hand's flow.

Hayley had watched Alexia and Easton come into the room safely but turned her head after that, not noticing them gone she began going over everyone to make sure none had any open wounds. Looking over to Andre who was shaking as he inspected people Hayley felt sorry for the guy. He had only been in her crew for a few weeks and now this had to happen to him. Walking over to the man she put her hand on his back and nodded. "I'll take care of the rest, you go sit and relax." Andre looked at her and nodded walking over to a small chair to sit on. After Hayley was done checking everyone she nodded in approval. "Thank god, no one's infected." She spoke to herself and let everyone sit down and rest. Including Andre and herself there were about ten people left who weren't infected. A few of them stood out more than others like Flick, Lilly, Easton, and Alexia. Looking over to each one she stopped as soon as she noticed Easton and Alexia were gone. Getting up she looked around and wondered where they could have went.

Easton watched her quietly as she painted. Getting up he walked over to Alexia and stood behind her watching her quietly. He was still slightly shaky and needed to get to his insulin but he didn't want to bother her because he really wanted to know where this painting went. After awhile he put a shaky hand on her side and said "Can we go now? I really hate to bother you since I want to see where it goes but we can come back after we get my bag. I'm sure they have gone now it's been half an hour or so."
