Appearance: Smaller young girl with big blue eyes. Messy brown hair
Personality: she can sometimes be very timid and usally won't fight back. But at some times she can jump in and be very brave but only for a moment until going back and getting scared again.
Occupation: (what does that mean?! I will edit it later once i know what it means)

Aura - Occupation is the person's job but since your character's 10 she'll have to be a resident, unless you want to change her age.
Ill guess we can start now then. We start when someone does the 911 call and everyone gets to the building. Jaggs your a resident since your the scientist.

IC: "Hayley get down here! We have a 911 call down by the old building on Elm's street!" Hayley's Chief called to her from the firetruck, but she was already jumping on the side of the vehicle. "Im here sir, what's going on?" She hung on to the poles along the truck as they began to speed down the street to the scene. "Some residents at the building heard an elderly woman screaming, and banging on her door like something was going on. Some of them tried to open the door for her but it's locked from the inside." As soon as the chief was finished they had made it to the building in no time. Jumping off the truck Hayley walked up to one of the offcials and shook her head. "Why are some many trucks here?" She spoke as she looked around at the scene. Ambulances, Firetrucks, Cop cars, and now a S.W.A.T team had just pulled in and where surrounding the building as best as they could. The officer looked at her and pointed his finger to the 3rd floor of the building. "A group of my policemen headed in the building and found out there was some sort of disease in there. Were closing the building down before it gets out." Hayley looked at the man with shock. "But theres people inside! We have to get them out!" The cop just shrugged his shoulders and looked at her seriously. "It's better to have saved a million lives then just a few." Hayley shook her head in disbelief. "Your a cop! It's your duty to help people, so if you wont I will." She turned and called to her group of firefighters. "Let's go! Let's go! We have to get as many people out as we can!" She shouted and ran inside the building to see some of the residents inside the buildings main room. "Ok! Someone tell me where's the elderly woman at, and we'll get you guys out of here in a minute." She looked at the residents and waited for an answer.
