ic: Alexia heard a groan that sounded like Easton's breath running out as a creature tackled him. She ran over to the sound and attacked it, gripping it by the neck as it stood and tried to stupidly sling her off with noo sucksess. It fell back, and having the same weight as Easton, it nearly crushed her and the breath was gone from her lungs. She lay sprawled on the ground as it got up. She tried to regain her breath and sense of direction, but it was gone. She could hear Flick stabbing another. She also heard panting close to her face.

Easton stummbled over and stuck the thing in the neck. Getting up breathlessly he grabbed Alexia and pulled her up gently. Holding her close he headed to the back of the charge and looked her over. "Are you okay? Did you get bit? DId he hurt you when he fell on you?" he asked tons of questions in this genre and eventually he had to stop because he was totally out of breath. He waited wide eyed and panitng for a reply.

"Fine, just a bit brain dead." she told him. Sh egrabbed here siringe, stabbing one of the pods as it ran up. "Yeah, just fine." she told him. She stabbed another one that came up. She kept stabbing any pods that came over that she could hear or punching them and then stabbing them, which only five came up.

IC: Hayley caught her breath and ran toward another pod that was about to go after Flick. Sticking the needle in she stayed back to back with Flick and began pushing the pods away. "Were going to start running out of the cure soon." she informed him and took out her crowbar wondering if they should retreat for now.

Easton went over to Hayley and grabbed the nearly empty bottle of cure from her hand gently. "Here take mine. Yours is almost gone and I'm more trouble than help." he said giving her his signature smile and a laugh. "When you get down to the very bottom retreat adn I'll lead them away. Make sure everybody get's to were they need to be." he said finding his pot and pan to make a distraction when it was time.

Alexia heard this and gripped Easton's arm, running through the pods and going up to the sound of Hayley's voice. "I think we'd better retreat, I'm about out." she told her, seeing as she was unable to refill the siringe. The needle was also useless, and she could hear the uninfected people or the cured running all over and then bumping into her. The cure had worked~now what?

Hayley put the cure in her pocket and nodded. Grabbibg Flick's and Alexia's hand she squeezed just enough so they would follow. "Alright lets go, but be careful Easton." She told him as she walked quickly toward any room without anypods, making sure Alexia and Flick were keeping up at the same time.

Alexia gripped Easton's hand tighter so he wouldn't let go and be lost in the supposed crowd of pods. She heard the many cured people hiding in apartments and such to get away, though she knew not everyone would. How many times could a person be cured anyhow? And what would the effects of being cured several times have on those people? She knew it was too hard to imagine it.

Flick tok deep breath and terror surged through him when he sw the cured people, cowering, frightened, in rooms and behind things. "I'm sorry," he whispered before walking into the safe room. He collapsed on a bed. He was exhausted and scared about how everyone else would react when they found out he was the maker of the disease, but also the cure.
