Kodiak lifted and eyebrow and grunted. "Im not letting you walk by yourself." He barked calmly wondering why she looked nervous or defeated in some way. Shaking his head in disagrrement he looked at Aiyanna and waited for her response.

With that remark her pride died "Fine." she told him looking at her paws then turning and walking out of camp. Sitting down on a large rock she looked off into the trees. Her side hurt but not as much as her pride. "Stupid wolf. Stupid Boragove. Stupid wound. This is ridiculous I'm a big girl. A hunter at that and I can certainly walk by myself." Aiyanna knew she was overreacting but she didn't like the things she was feeling because it was new to her.

Kodiak had followed Aiyanna and was listening to her rant. Standing in front of her he stared strait into her eyes. "Whats wrong with you? You were fine before the fight with the boragrove and know your attitude is badder then a cat in water." He grunted again and lifted an eyebrow. "If you really want to walk by yourself then I'll be happy to leave you alone." A low growl entered Kodiak's throat as he became impatient with the wolf.

Aiyanna jumped slightly but then looked down at her paws. "You don't understand, Kodiak." she told him soflty wanting to curl back up with him and sleep till this is all over with. "When I look at you all I see is another person to loose. I've always just had me and I didn't have to worry about letting anybody down. I've been pretty self sufficent and because of it my pride has grown. I've never had anybody to rely on and I've never really needed anybody." sighing softly "It's been easy up until now because you pushed me away but now that you let me in I..." she trailed off not sure she wanted to finish it.

IC: Kodiak looked at Aiyanna and pushed his ears back. He understood what she was saying because he had been through it too. Leaning into her he rubbed his cheek on hers and closed his eyes. "But your not going to loose me, and your not going to let me down. I let you in just as you have for a reason. I really like you Aiyanna and pushing away is going to make you feel better its just going to hurt you more inside. Ive been through it enough and I know the more you push away the harder its going to be to rely on other people." Stepping back he looked at her his eyes filled with old memories. Aiyanna was the first wolf he ever opened up to in the pack and he didnt want to lose her just as she was.

Aiyanna felt her eyes fill with tears "Why me? I'm probably the most broken wolf here. I can't do anything right and my whole family is gone. Why would you pick me?" she asked her emotions all over the place. She was unsure what to feel. One part of her said she needed Kodiak and one part hated him for making her so confused. "I don't know what to feel." she was referring to what he just told her and what her own emotions were telling her.

Kodiak stared at Aiyanna and spoke with all his feelings. " Your not broken and dont talk about yourself like that. When you smile and talk to me every morning I feel happier then Ive ever had. Your the only wolf that has ever given me a real chaance to show myself. Without you I would still be my mean old self." Staring at her intensly Kodiak watched her for a moment and smiled. "Whats the emotion you feel most when your with me." He finally barked and waited for het answer.

Cloudandis watched the two, telling Snap and Tensock to stay with them for help. SHe flew up a bit more. They were nearly to Crome's Territory. "Okay, I need a scout-" she was about to say, when Nami snapped out of no where and grinned. "Things were okay, and I was able to help." she said. CLoudandis nodded. "Alright. But next time give a bark, that shocked the feathers out of me." CLoudandisw told her.

Aiyanna hesitated to answer because she didn't want to look like a fool. "I feel..." she sighed and went with it. "Love. That's all it's ever been since you showed up here. Except when we were pups it was the type of love that you would feel for a sibling. Over time I just got to where I couldn't go a day without talking to you. Not in my wildest dreams had I thought of telling you this or anybody for that matter." she was trying not to shut down while she had the chance to lay everything out "Your crabby attitude and constant sheilds made me want to help you and to be with you all the more." At first she couldn't look him in the eyes but as the flow of words just tumbled out she gathered up her ocurage and pride and stared back at him.
