So I've been reading a lot of Nicolas Sparks lately, and i'm in love with his novels. Each book is alike, but completely different, and each book makes me cry. So he inspired me to write a story, a love story. So here I go.
I know I've been away from this site, so this would keep me alive here :D

History: His father abandoned him and his mother when Seth was only 3, and his single mother had to take care of him and his sister with barely enough money to take care of herself. Name: Micayla Adams Gender: Female Age: 16 Personality: Popular and crazy, she was a bad girl. She used to smoke and drink, and ride a motorcycle everywhere but when she met Seth, she changed. History: Her mom and dad were super rich models, and they really didn't care what Micayla ever did. At a young age, she started going bad and started smoking and drinking, and everyone loved her (she was super hot) at school - she was pretty popular. Appearance:
The year I was seventeen was the year my life changed completely. My mom decided to move to start a 'new' life. Kinda impossible, i'll say, since she's forty-something. But that was what she wanted. And my sister and I learned to accept whatever she wanted, since she accepted whatever WE wanted. And crazily enough, when my mom wanted to move, my sister and I agreed. We didn't even complain.
I've been teased since I started kindergarten. My sister's 2 years older than me, so she warned me that that would happen. I never took it in since I was a kid. I was wrong. Right when I started school, kids laughed at me and held their nose whenever I walked by, and pointed at my dirty and unstylish clothes. I dunno. I never suspected anything different. I thought it was just ME. I learned better, by the second semester. Reasons why my mom wanted us to move. So we wouldn't get teased. Not that I minded, really.
I guess I should introduce myself. My name is Seth King. I'm part asian; my mom is Chinese and my dad is Canadian. I WOULD be Seth Johnson, if my dad didn't leave us, but he did, so I'm Seth King. I'm tall for my age, and I have hazel eyes and tan skin and brown hair. I'm muscular and strong, nothing of what my mom contains. I guess I got it from my dad. I skipped a grade in school. I skipped 3rd grade. I was 'gifted', you could say. My sister's pretty. Her name is Lucy. She's really a delicate looking shape but tall, and she's actually strong. Her hair is wavy and black, and she has green eyes. From my dad. And she's popular and has had a billion boyfriends.
So when my mom put of the 'for sale' sign in the front yard of our little house, my sister and I started packing our bags. We stuffed everything in it that we wanted to keep, for my mom would throw away anything else. We searched the house through and through before we were sure we had everything. At last, the house got sold and we were off. To Texas.
I've never been to Texas before. I've always lived in California - which definitely explains the low income and high housing taxes - so I really wasn't prepared, except for the fact that the weather was alike and there weren't as much earthquakes. The sun wasn't as strong, but it was definitely humid. My sister fell into schedule instantly and became popular in her last year of high school - or should I say semester. She moved off before we knew it, to a college states away. I was proud of her, but I knew I would miss her.
Me, on the other hand, I was a pain in the butt. No one liked me. I wasn't exactly 'popular', but no one treated me like the way they treated me in Cali. I had a few friends, those who played football so other people sat with me at lunch, but that was about it. I was always noticed as 'the new kid'. Even after a year.
So I guess I wasn't really popular. But my senior year, things changed. It changed big time.

Now, Micayla isn't a regular, so called, girly girl of yours. She's popular, yes, pretty, yes, hot, yes, and a bad girl, yes, yes, yes. Micayla smokes and drinks and parties all night. She cusses and flicks people off and can get you so annoyed it's not even funny. But I see faith in her. I see something that many people don't.
Since my father left us, my sister and I and my mom believe in Jesus and God. We believe that everything happens for a reason, that no matter what, God would bring us through. That's one reason why I didn't hover about being picked on. I believed that God wanted to bring a message to me.
Now Micayla, her parents are like superstar models. Her dad is... he's slick. And her mom's just absolutely beautiful. And so Micayla came out like a hot mess. Her parents didn't care what she did -- heck, she's the child of two models! She started going bad young and started drinking in 8th grade. Or so I heard from 'natives', the dudes who've been in Texas all their lives.
I've started to fit in to Brigh****er High School. I've been here for 1 year now. My senior year, i'm determined to get a girlfriend and take her to prom. And I've decided on Micayla. I may not be a player nor the most popular kid, but lemme tell you, once I've got my sights set, she's mine and I'll treat her like gold. I know she's not exactly the best girl right now either, my mom would definitely flip if she found out I like a bad girl, but I like her. I know that she CAN become good. I have those feelings, and i'm usually correct.
So I've started talking to her. Although her and her breath reeks of smoke, I try. She has bags under her eyes and an attitude of a... a short-tempered human, but I tried. Hey, it's only to be polite since I have 7/8 classes.
She talks to me like i'm nothing. She rolls her eyes and ignores me most of the time, but it's definitely worth a try.
I don't know how long it'll take for me to win her heart, or how. But I know for sure that she's the one, and i know for sure she'll be mine by prom.
