Ravenpaw followed quickly and watched the clan leader race ahead with great speed, giving a huff of effort. She might be at a healthy weight and size, but her stamina was low today.Stopping to listen to her leader she gave a slight mrow of agreement, but not too loud. She was a bit more fearfull of the judgement of others than they were. She also feared what would happen at the gathering with all of the cats in such a tense state.

Starpaw followed in beside Ravenpaw, more like bouncing in his stride though, even though the Clan was going threw hardships, he still managed to stay strong and confident.
His tail flickered from left to right as he skipped over to Ravenpaw's side, purring in amusement at Inkstar's words, taking a small step forward, his blue almost pleading eyes looked into Inkstars in fear.

Rainclaw padded on silently, and nodded at his leader's words. Tonight he would be strong and loyal. Nothing would get through him. He looked up at Silverpelt and saw no clouds over the moon, but a few not far away at the ready in case something had to happen.

Spottedrose nodded at her leader, racing along with herbs in her mouth. There camp had been destroyed and she had scavaged what little she could. Despite putting on a brave face for the others she just wanted to curl in a ball and cry. Her mentor had been kidnapped by twolegs and now she was the medicine cat. She didn't know whether she could handle so much responsibility, but she'd try for her clan, because they were the most important thing here. Yet the thought of just being able to merge in with them and forget her job seemed somewhat appealing.

Inkstar bounded up onto the rock with the four cats. The other leaders all loked at her with accusing stares. "SInce all your four have to do is gawk I might as well get this show on the road." she said already knowing what the outcome would be but unable to accept it. "As you all know Skyclan has taken a terrible blow. Our food is scarce, our cats are sick and our numbers are dwindling. We need help other wise we will never make it. Two legs have taken most of our warriors and even our senior medicine cat Echosong along with our land. We came here tonight not only to catch up with friends but to ask for help. If you all gave a small piece of territory and some prey we would be able to stay here until the twolegs leave." although her voice was confident her eyes were pleading with the eyes of every cat in the gathering. Turning her small body to look at the other cats on the rock with her. "Crowstar?" she asked moving back for him to take his postition.

"I am truly sorry for your losses Skyclan but the harsh noises are scaring away our prey also and we can't afford to feed any more mouths than we already have. It hurts me to say this but you can not count on Windclan for your troubles." the large black tom's eyes dared one of his cats to defy him but when he turned back to Inkstar they were somber and full of sorrow. He turned away from Inkstar and resumed his place.

Inkstar winced at his words but held her head high as Silverstar took her turn.

OOC: Sorry for double post but I just realized if Starpaw became leader he'd be Starstar. Are you sure you want it that?

ic: Ravenpaw gave a nervous glance to the cats around them and winced just as Inkstar had at Crowstar's words. Well....at least she had tried him. Maybe another could consent? She sat next to Starpaw, looking over at Rainclaw. He seemed confident...but that was okay, he was a strong warrior, he had little to fear. Starpaw seemed rather interested in the slightest twitch of a cats tail.

Rainclaw sighed deeply at Crowstar's words. He had been trying hard to help his clan through their troubles by making jokes and being nice and funny. He had been trying to make his clan happy so that they would forget their troubles, but how could they forget something so tragic that was happening to them? He looked over at the apprentices. He had nearly succeeded in helping them forget things and just have fun, but now he didn't think that would be possible anymore.
