Roan couldn't take it anymore. "Get out of my sight!" he snarled and bit Cali's shoulder, drawing some blood. "Go catch the prey, as much as you can, now, before I exile you!" he growled.

Guntur watched Roan fighting with the hunters. He walked out and stood next to the Alpha. "Please, Roan, may I handle this?" he asked. The Alpha looked at him testily, then nodded and took a step back. Guntur looked at the dogs. "Listen, please, the pack needs food, and we need you to hunt for us. That's all Roan meant, I'm sure. So please, could you hunt for us?" he asked softly.

Cali flinched from him and the pain was evident in her eyes but she held her head high as she whiped around. "Go ahead do it. Cast me out. You'll loose us all soon enough to the humans. Why not help them out. Atleast then I don't have to take orders from somebody who has their tail so far up their butt it's coming out of their mouth!" she snarled close to tears. For a wolf who acted like she didn't care she was a big baby when it came to pain.

Dempsey snarled at Roan and bit back the want to bite his muzzle. "I will not be treated with the disrespect you just gave me!" Dempsey copied him and rolled his eyes. "Now go to your den and THATS AN ORDER!" the wolf mocked the alfa and stared at him wanting to just dig his claws in his shoulders.

Roan growled and was about to attack when Guntur stepped in front of him. "Please, Roan, can you wait in your den? I'll take care of these guys," he said. Roan growled at Guntur, then turned and walked back to his den. Guntur looked back at the hunters. "Please?" he asked.

Cali's blue eyes burned into his and she turned around pushing Dempsey with her. She didn't say anything as forced Dempsey to back down and get out of sight. Any respect she had for Roan just ebbed away when he bit her. She shook her head and looked back at the leader once before disappearing around the corner with Dempsey. Her big blue eyes had tears in the corners.

Guntur felt a little bad about what the Alpha had done to the young hunters, but he wasn't in charge of Roan's actions. He turned and padded back to the den, where the Alpha was steaming with fury. "The first patrol will leave now," he said. "Come Starcross." He headed out of his den and went to collect stronger hunters.

Dempsey walked with Cali and once they got around the corner he let out a growl. "I hate him so much I just want to leave!" he looked at Cali and saw her cut. "Does it hurt?" he asked trying to keep his voice calm. He sniffed her shoulder and looked back at her.

"What? This little thing? Course not." she sniffled. "Dont be ridiculous." Cali had her head turned from him so he wouldn't see the tears in her eyes that she willed to go away. 'This is embarassing' she thought to herself. "We better start hunting. I guess." with that she shut Dempsey out for the first time ever and started walking.
