Thomas shrugged heavily, "I feel the same way Katie, I just don't really have much choice here. The disappearances and these people talking to us can't be pure coincidence. If our kind are disappearing and they are responsible, we need to find out how and why." He scratched the back of his neck, feeling helpless again.

The woman who had been watching Thomas from an alley way had made her way back to the base. Her own earbud buzzed now and again when their quarry spoke to each other. She couldn't help but feel giddy over Thomas' struggles. Pulling out her key card she slipped it through the receiver and entered the building. Just inside she saw Dean making his way from where their boss' office way. A fellow agent noticed her pass by and snickered, "Hey Diana, did you hear how much trouble Dean was in?"
The red headed woman only sent the man a lofty look, "Since when are you and I on a first name basis Agent Rodrigues?"
The man took on a flustered look before muttering, "Sorry... Agent Sully... Did you hear how badly Dean got in to trouble."
The woman merely snorted at him, not caring one way or the other. Instead she passed by heading toward her own work station. She sat before her large computer monitor, observing Thomas' living room where his pack had gathered. She grinned to herself, how stupid could this boy be? All his pack mates had insisted that they were watching, but he continued to talk about his plans. Thomas was definitely the wrong choice for an alpha.

OOC: Herpderp... Diana Sully ---> Dana Scully :3 I've watched to many X-Files...

Katie shrugged. "Why today? Why now? Why at all?" She sighed. Standing up she turned to Thomas, "Guess it's time to move out boss." She hoped things would be back to normal, she liked living in Manhattan. But she'd roll with the punches, and she was certainly ready to throw some punches.

Dean smirked. "Katie was everything I expected." Dean sat down on the corner of Seamus' desk. "She's tough. Mentally and physically. Not like Rachael though. Katie jumps the gun, she doesn't think, yet thinks too much." Dean stopped himself. He was sure Seamus wasn't interested in the way Katie thought, besides, he wanted to be the only one who knew those things about her. It gave them a connection that couldn't be severed. "Has our lovely red head made contact with Thomas yet?" He guessed not, but he'd missed a lot of the conversation this morning.

Sighing, Rachael shrugged her coat back on and looked at all her pack members, letting concern pass over her face for a second. "Let's hope to the gods that we all stay safe." Stealing one last glance around the barren apartment, she frowned. In honesty, his apartment wasn't too small or plain. It was functional and allowed him to move within an hour. It was sensible. Unlike hers, which had personal items strewn all over the place.

Glancing towards Agent Sully, Seamus nodded no. "Probably not. She's more thoughtful about her approach than us. She actually makes smart moves." Sitting normally in his chair, Seamus pushed Dean off his desk, raising an amused eyebrow but saying nothing. "Rachael doesn't really think either, or she gets panic attacks. But she doesn't attack right off the bat. She just talks, on, and on, and on..." Waving his hand to insinuate he could go on for hours, he smirked. "Either way, our quarry is quite brilliant. The pack seems to have so many cracks and inabilities of getting along. I wonder how long this will last, hm?"

Reggie just took a few moments to take in all of the plans that had been made. In truth, he was pretty confused, but when games began, he would be ready. Messing with people was his strongpoint, and he loved seeing the flustered looks on their faces when they get a completely different reaction than expected. Spying and messing with people. Yes, that was him. He stood and set the mug down on the table, not giving any notice that he hadn't drank any of it. He had kept his jacket on, so he turned and addressed his pack before leaving. "I have to go, but stay safe everyone."

A tall man stalked silently through the streets, not making eye contact with anyone or even caring that they were there. He'd walk right in front of cars or walk into people, but he didn't say anything or even acknowledge that anything out of the irdinary had happened. While the other agents had probably returned to the home base, the man just combed the streets aimlessly, intrugued by the conversation going on on the other end of his earpiece. That pack was tough, but completely stupid. As the meeting came to an end, a wicked grin twisted across his face and he began to make his way back to the base. Reggie hadn't spoken, but the man, Riley Winkwhisper, knew that that vast mind of that boy was working hard.

Thomas nodded toward Katie, "Alright then, everyone move out. We can meet up soon but lay low for a while." With that he walked to his back room and grabbed a few things and threw them in to a small duffel bag. He slung it over his shoulder and walked toward his apartment door. "See you guys in a short while," he said as he motioned everyone out of the soon to be abandoned apartment room.

Diana heard the boys talking to each other. She also heard them bring her up, though she paid them no mind. She was one of the few females agents here and used to the boys teasing her or making suggestive comments. However she was here to work, and by work she means stalking a freak in the middle of Manhattan. While the boys had blown their cover, she would stay anonymous. She knew that Thomas was itching to see who it was that was watching him, but he would have to wait. Mind games were what his pack wanted to play, so she would play. However she did know that Thomas was not the kind for mind games, still he would play as well, if only to see the proud lycan alpha crack.

Katie made her way out of the apartment and towards her own. She closed the door behind her and went straight to her room. She packed a few of her clothes, and a few random items and put them in her small duffel bag. Walking then to the kitchen, she opened a cabinet and took out a small coffee can. She pried off the lid and took the money out of there. She'd been putting a little bit in here for a few months now, knowing she'd be fired eventually, and this was to cover whatever bills or items she'd need. There wasn't much, but it was enough. She'd hoped that laying low wouldn't last too long. She sat her bag onto the back of the couch. Taking her jacket off she looked at her arm. It was healing nicely. She'd take the stitches out probably tomorrow. Putting the jacket back on, she looked around her apartment. There wasn't any sentimental items, but she did like this place. It was the first real 'home' she'd ever had. She shrugged her shoulders, slung her bag over her good arm and walked out the door.

Dean nodded, "They don't feel like a pack. Much to Katie's advantage. You know her real name is Catherine? She'd probably get mad if I called her that." He chuckled, he'd have to do that next time. So they were moving out. Things were finally getting started. He'd probably pay a visit to her soon. It was so tempting to go to her apartment while she was packing, but it was too soon. He'd wait, feed her curiosity, then find her again. He wondered vaguely where they would go. But it was no matter, they'd find them soon enough.

Reggie entered his apartment and packed some mandatory things. He felt attached to his apartment somehow. Maybe it was the fact that this was his very first place to call his own. Reggie took a deep breath and just sat down on his bed. He wasn't sure what to do next. What now? Should he find one of his packmates? That seemed like the better option, so, leaving the bag in his apartment (he planned to return and take it before going into hiding), he left and headed off to find a packmate. Maybe Rachael. He trusted her.

Riley finally found his way back to the home base and entered silently. Stealth was his thing, and Reggie knew that. Good, thought the tall man. So, the kids were going to hide out. Riley knew that Reggie wasn't one to act for himself without help, even though he appeared independent, so he'd probably find a packmate before deciding anything, like he usually did.

Sullenly glancing about her room, Rachael grabbed her backpack from the hanger on the wall and began packing, throwing everything into the bag as she ran around. "Extra clothes. Check. Food. Check. Water. Check. Toiletries. Check." Nodding, she then stopped and took a deep breath. Glancing at the bookshelves, her eyes stopped on a picture of her, Frederik and Amelia when she was younger. Letting a small smile grace her face, she picked it off the mantle, carefully opening the frame and slipping the lamenated picture out and carefully slipping it into her bag. Without looking around, Rachael strolled into her room, opening a drawer with a key tied to her wrist with a silver chain. Unlocking it, it opened to ten neat stacks of money - her savings from years of work. Tucking the stacks of money into the inside pocket of her coat, she buttoned it closed and slammed the drawer shut, locking it even though there wasn't anything there anymore. Adjusting the scarf around her neck, she zipped the backpack closed. Throwing the straps on her shoulders, Rachael trudged to the doorway, grabbing the beanie that sat on the kitchen counter, seemingly lonely. Rachael didn't want to look around at her apartment. It had been her home - and it still was. But now she had to leave it. She had faced everything in this little apartment and it was a foreign feeling, knowing she might not return to it. Pulling the hair tie out of her hair, she slipped it around her wrist, it blending in with all the other bracelets around her wrist. Flattening her hair, Rachael pulled the beanie over her head and exited her apartment, locking the door behind her.

ooc;
first off, i am sooo sorry for not replying): school has kept me busy. also, i recently learned that my friend is moving across the country in less than a week and i'm taking it very hard, so please excuse my abscenses.
second, i am doing seamus's part in first person.

ic;
Frowning, I turned the earpiece in my ear off by stuffing my hand in my pocket and pressing a button on a small controller. I stood and glanced at a disgruntled Dean, whom I had - rudely - pushed off my desk, leading to his current on-the-floor-while-dazed position. Flicking my hand in a gesture of farewell, I sauntered off rather easily, grabbing my coat and scarf as I left. Rachael was leaving her apartment without argument, which I find rather strange. Ever since the girl had been sent to the apartment complex, she wouldn't move from it - even when they had to make new space for in-coming Lycan. Nodding my head in disbelief, I wrapped the scarf around my neck and shrugged on my coat. Leather gloves hadn't left my hands so I had to make no effort to tug the wretched things back on my hands while they were cold. No, they were still warm from my body heat. Focus, O'Gallaghan! I scolded, stuffing my hands in the long trench-coat's pockets. Penny loafers made a muffled sound against the worn concrete beneath my feet. Shuffling towards no where in particular, I began to notice familiar landmarks and, in the back of my mind, made the connection that, yes, I was heading towards the apartment complex. Cursing loudly, I swerved in the opposite direction, towards the busiest part of Manhattan - Time Square. It was loud, but there were enough people that if any Lycan were there, they would not recognize me - not by smell nor appearance nor voice. The amount of people was overwhelming.

After a taxing taxi ride - no pun intended - I found myself in a small pizza shop sitting at the window bar, people watching. It never ceased to amaze me how people are so... different. How they dress, how they act, how they respond, how they see. And I guess that's why I chose Rachael's file. She always intrigued me. When she was thrown into an orphanage at the age of four, she toughened up and became a leader. When she was thrown to the apartment complex and Frederik and Amelia cared for her, she took it in stride, and let them in, all the while still supporting herself. When she had her first transformation, she was afraid, and spent the next three weeks within her apartment, redecorating over and over and over. But then she just snapped out of it one day and went on with life as if there was nothing wrong. When she was invited to either join or start a pack, she decided to join one, rather than start her own, merely for the fact that she would dare not take the chance of beating Frederik in power. Because, why would she want to beat her father?

"Excuse me, sir. Do you mind?"

Waking up from my stupor, I noticed I had - rudely - been pushing my arms out and interrupting others meals. Grunting in apology, I picked up my trash and trudged out while tossing the trash into, well, a trashcan. It seemed as if not even a trip into the Big Apple couldn't help me.
