Jessie watched as Christian and Anne held on to each other desperately. She couldn't imagine how horrifying this would be for her husband. To lose his sister? Actually... Jessie did know, and it brought tears to her eyes. Losing Samantha had torn her in two. She couldn't watch as that happened to Christian. "Sam," She spoke softly as she approached her sister, "Can you keep Christian in her memories? Please? I can imagine losing you again, and I don't want that for Christian. Can you keep him there?"

Samantha nodded as she watched the scene unfold before her. "Yes." She whispered. "I can do that. I'll keep the two of you and your kids in their memories. You'll have to watch the kids though, if any word of me or Eric get out... Things will get too overwhelming for them." Her sister nodded and Samantha stepped forward, explaining Jessie's plan to the others, which caused Christian to hug both Samantha and his wife happily. So Samantha then held out her hands. "Whenever you two are ready, join hands and hold onto mine." After a few moments, they did just that. Samantha went to work, cycling through their minds and recreating their history, wiping everything that needed to be wiped and filling them with new memories. It was so hard seeing what Eric went through, but seeing it made her respect Anne in a way she couldn't explain. She kept her husband alive. And for that she will forever remember her. She made their lives simple yet intricate and beautiful. They grew up together, best friends. And then, by accident, fell in love only a year ago. Had plans of the future, plans for careers and a home and a family. Samantha was even proud of her work. It had taken awhile, but it worked. She then placed in their minds that everything was okay, and Christian and Jessie was going to take them to their home where they've just moved in together and needed to get settled in. She made it the first place she thought of, the lake house. Her father wouldn't mind, she knew it. She put a blinder on them as well, so that they wouldn't see her Eric. It would be like he wasn't even there. Samantha let go of their hands, and they both looked like a huge weight had been lifted off of them. Samantha smiled, and she let Christian know what he needed to do. The boy nodded, and they were gone.
Samantha turned to Eric. "Now how about our girls?" She asked with tears in her eyes.

Eric watched as his counterpart walked away with Anne. There was a blissful happiness the other Eric had that, the boy with the sixteen on his wrist was jealous of. He envied how the other boy wouldn't remember all the pain, ache and horrible hurt that this Eric had to endure. When Samantha spoke, he turned to look at her. For a moment, he ignored her words and just studied her face. He had never thought he would see her again, not after the interrogation room. Now that she was here, he was in awe that he had her back. Eric didn't reply as he stepped forward and pulled Samantha in to an embrace as well as crashing his lips against hers, desperately needing to know that this was all real. He didn't care that the rest of the rebellion was standing around him, he didn't care that they saw.
"What... What have you done?" A desperately broken voice called in pain. Eric managed to pull away from Samantha long enough to see Lewis standing from where Eric had abandoned him. Eric knitted his brows at the pathetic creature Lewis had become. "Just kill me now, or I swear, I will kill you Eric," the man snarled at them, but Eric wasn't exactly sure he'd carry through with his threats.
"Lewis, it's over," Eric spoke, "Just stop. You lost, and I've got my wife back. You can have yours." He pointed toward where Gwen's body was at. The girl having already passed away by now, "She's right there."
Lewis' eyes widened, and his mouth slackened. Without a word, the man turned and bolted from them, to where, Eric didn't know.
With a sigh, he turned back to Samantha and whispered, "Let's go home."

The girls were still across the sea, and the flight there, Samantha didn't leave her husbands arms. Everything felt like a bad dream. It almost felt like the time she died, like only a day or two had passed. But looking back, she could see and feel everything Grace did. Everything with Andrew, all of her thoughts and feelings, everything. She was a person using Samantha's body, and the girl hadn't even known her life was fabricated. Samantha tried to push those thoughts out of her head though, and that's when she remembered the extent of what the healing had done. It was like...it was like she was finally all put together. Her mind fixed and whole again. It made her unimaginably happy. Samantha sat up and stared at Eric. She took his hand and pressed it to her heart, and she did the same with hers. She stared into his eyes and brought forth her powers, recreating her end of the thread. She wanted to be entirely hole before she saw her girls again.

Eric held Samantha in his arms, not wanting to let her go. He needed her there as much as she needed to be held. The simple bliss on Samantha's face was enough to make Eric beam back. When the girl placed her hand over his heart, he let out a sigh of contentment. Then, he felt the thread connect their souls once more, making the two complete. A tear of happiness slipped from his eye as he gently touched the thread with his powers. It flickered before it blazed to life with his brilliant silver-blue. I love you Samantha, Eric spoke across the thread, you're my heart and soul.

Samantha got tears of joy as her brilliant bright yellow, almost white now, met his blue. She let herself bask in this brilliant flow before she fell forward and wrapped her arms around his neck, pulling herself to him. She couldn't explain what she was feeling. It was happiness, total happiness and completeness like she'd never felt before. It was crazy really, because she'd gotten so used to the way her mind worked, and now? It was foreign to her, as she could feel everything, but she knew what she was feeling, she knew why the emotions were there and where they connected. It felt both amazing and terrifying. "It all really is over, isn't it?" She asked against him, her face buried into his shoulder, just as a voice rang out across the plane that they would be landing in ten minutes. She pulled back and found his eyes. "Oh God... Eric, you let Maggie in that room with Grace. And what she said to her... And everything with Anne... Will they even want me back? How could they?"

Eric's arms tightened around Samantha as she quickly voiced her concerns. "We'll get through it Sammy, I promise," He whispered to her, even though he didn't really know how Maggie would react. All he could hope was that she would be that brave little soldier she'd come to be. Then again, how could he put that on her shoulders? How could he expect his almost eight year old daughter to carry the burden of an adult? Especially after what he put her through before. "Maggie loves you, she always loved you," he whispered, "And they'll know Anne is safe. We can show her that Anne is safe and alive. What matters most is that they have their mommy back." With that, Eric kissed her forehead, hoping he'd said the right thing. Soon enough, the plane landed in the hanger bay, and the weary warriors entered the base. The civilians that had been left behind greeted them in a flurry of tears, hugs, and kisses. Eric saw his sister gathered with all the children, and a stricken look over take her face. Eric's arm was around his wife's waist, so he could see how this came as a shock. Everyone though Samantha was dead, and yet here she was, once again. Eric led his wife toward his children and saw Amelia smile that beaming smile she had. The little girl toddled forward, as if not a day had passed since she last saw her mother.
"Mommy," she cooed happily, holding her arms up to be held.
Kitty and Maggie hung back beside Dean and Cas. The boys didn't seem to know what to do seeing as their cousins didn't bolt forward. Kitty's eyes had welled with tears, and she looked like she wanted to run to her mother. However, Eric saw Maggie holding Kitty's hand tightly, and a cold steely look in her eyes. What the little girl saw was exactly what Samantha had feared. She saw Grace, not her mother. She saw that woman from the interrogation room, not the one that would hold her on stormy nights when she was scared. Eric gently unwrapped his arm from around his wife and stepped toward his daughters. He knelt in front of them, and gently took their clasped hands in his. The boy managed to pull Kitty's hand away from Maggie's, and once the girl was free, she bolted toward her mother. Maggie, however, stayed put. Her big blue eyes were stained red with unshed tears.
"Make her go away daddy," Maggie said in a voice barely containing her emotion, "I don't want her here. Make her go away."

Samantha had fallen to the ground to hold onto Amelia. Tears fell from her eyes as she clutched her baby girl and watched her husband go to her other girls. When Kitty ran to her, Samantha couldn't help but let out a laugh of joy, but a pain pierced her heart as Maggie held back and said what she said. Samantha held onto her girls, sadness overwhelming her. "M-Maggie, Maggie, baby girl, it's me. I promise" Samantha said, sobs breaking through her voice. "I'm back baby girl, I'm back. Not the woman who stole my face. She's dead, baby, she's gone."
"You can control people. How do I know you're not controlling daddy? That you're not controlling me? Or Kitty? Or Amy?"
Samantha felt like she'd been stabbed in the stomach. "Because I wouldn't, Maggie. I wouldn't do that to any of you, you should know that. You know me sweetheart. I'm right here."
"Maggie she feels like mommy." Kitty said, the little girl crying. "I can tell. I can tell it's her." Kitty assured her sister moving forward and holding out her hand for her sister to take. "Come see, sissy. It's mommy. It's really mommy."

Eric watched as Maggie visibly tensed at Kitty's out stretched hand. The little girl didn't bug, and instead kept shooting Samantha a dagger filled gaze.
"Maggie," Kitty pleaded in a voice that warbled a little bit with the emotion she was feeling. Two little hands pressed against Maggie's shoulders, and the girl broke her glare from her mother and turned it on to her cousins who had approached. Both of them held their hands on her shoulders, as if willing her forward. Eric didn't know if they truly understood what was going on, but they were trying to help in whatever way they could. Little Amelia turned in her mothers arms and held out one adorable, chubby hand for her sister to take, trying to tell her sister that all was okay.
"She's not my mommy," Maggie said, but her voice wavered as if she didn't believe her own words. "My mommy is a hero, she wouldn't yell at me," she said, tears now flowing freely from her eyes. The girl turned her gaze up to her father and all he could see was the deep sorrow and longing she had for her mother. "My mommy loves me, you said so daddy," she sobbed, "You said mommy would always be in my heart. How can she be in my heart, if she's right over there." Maggie turned her eyes to Samantha and sobbed softly, "I don't want to lose mommy again. If she's always in my heart, she can't leave me. That mommy can." Eric felt his heart shatter in his chest at Maggie's words. His brave little girl had had enough. She didn't want to hurt any more.

Oh God, oh god oh godohgod. Samantha couldn't breathe. She set Amelia down, and Samantha move towards Maggie. When the girl tensed against her cousins hands Samantha stopped moving. She sucked in a deep breath, and then began to speak. "Maggie, I would never yell at you, not like she did, ever. And I will always, always be with you in your heart. Even if I'm right here, I will never leave you. You've been on my heart, always. You're right here." Samantha put both her hands to her heart, and nodded to Maggie who looked skeptical. "You're always right here, even when I'm away from you. And when I'm with you, it's just even better." Samantha tried moving a little closer, and then stopped even though Maggie didn't move this time. "I love you. More than anything. And it's okay if you don't trust me right away, but know I'm here, Maggie. The war is over and I am never leaving you again. I promise you. Me and daddy? We are here. We are only here for you. For you and your sisters. Forever. I'll never leave you again. Okay? Let me prove it to you. Please, my beautiful baby girl, my princess, my strong, brilliant baby girl. I love you, let me show you, please. Please trust me, Maggie. Please. I need you, sweetheart. I need you. More than anything, I need you."
