Okay, umm weren't Redtail and Oakheart fighting and then a boulder fell on Oakheart. Then Tigerclaw killed Redtail? I think that's it...

Correct!! The Answer is Oakheart got killed by a boulder, Redtail fled, but tigerstar killed him.
