I think that an rp board would be useful for some reasons but not for others. We already have plenty of roleplay threads in the activities board, and I know that people are having tons of fun on those - I am! That might be a reason to create a roleplay BOARD, but it does mean extra work...Wetleaf's idea is really good but it might have a few problems....

and then there's the idea of having too many people on one rp. If there are too many people, the rp itself gets very complicated, what with all the creative prophecy-like ideas that everyone has, and with everyone posting every day, more than once a day......

I think you COULD put a limit on the Rp's, especially if there is a whole board for the rps with a lot of rp threads. then if one rp was full, you could just try another one. but if there were limits on the number of rp-ers, then youd also have to have a limit on how many rps one member can join, so that they dont join ALL the rps.

I have to agree with Eaglesight. Having a roleplay board is good but it should have limits also. I lik her idea of having a limit to have many RP a person may join while also having a limit to how many players are allowed in that thread. Great idea Eaglesight!!!

About Eaglesight's idea: That idea is pretty much just Scarclaw's and Wetleaf's ideas mixed, both of which had a major problem that I kindly pointed out, and so that idea would pretty much be nulled.

EDIT: I just had a brain wave. Maybe we could put a limit on how many IMPORTANT positions in all of the roleplays you can have? For example, to stop the same exact person from being the leader in every single RP, we could make it to where once you are a leader in one RP, you can't have that postion anywhere else. That would eliminate the problem of the same person being the most important player in every game. And we could do the same thing for the whole "chosen one" problem that seems to arise in every single role play.

Although, once again, that could cause anger issues.
