Okay, I have a problem but i don't want advice! I just need to vent.

My friend likes this guy. The guy is my best guy friend. But he really really likes me. I don't like like him, but I like him as a best guy friend. I have a major crush on that Luke guy, and he likes me back (I think he still does...) but he won't ask me out.
