Chapter 16:

Ray looked confused for a moment, he shook his head and quickly followed him.
Speed looked back at Ray rushing to him, he gasped to see a twoleg at the entrance of the camp, Speed yowled and ran to Free, he dug his face into her gray fur.
Free looked at Speed, she looked up to see the twoleg at the entrance to the camp, she growled and stood up.
The twoleg looked around camp, he spotted Ray running, he quickly ran to Ray and picked him up, he held a sharp object in his hands, it looked like a small but sharp blade (If you don't know what it is, PM me) He was'nt in a good mood, he was one of the mean twolegs, he held it near Ray's neck, he hissed at the wolves "Don't move for the kitten gets it!"
Free did'nt hear the warning, she grabbed the twolegs arm and bit down.
The twoleg yowled in pain as he dropped the sharp object and dropped Ray.
Ray ran off, he did'nt know where the twoleg had dropped the object, he tripped while he was running, he felt a new pain hit his belly, but he kept running, he stopped at the entrance of Free's den, he felt the pain, he seacrhed his body for the pain, soon he found it, the sharp object had driven into his belly, making the large sharp pain, Ray took the object with his paw and took it out, he stared at it and then dropped it.
Free soon made the twoleg flee, she ran over to Ray, she barked "Are you ok?" She spotted the sharp object on the ground next to him, she quickly placed her paw on Ray's wound and put pressure on it to stop the bleeding a little, she barked to Speed "GET OVER HERE!"
Speed heard her, he ran over, he saw the blood covering his mothers paw, he gasped and ran to get cobweb.
Ray yowled in pain and tried to push her paw away, he yowled "STOP! THAT HURTS!"
Free snapped "Stop moving and let me help!"
Speed ran back with a large wad of cobweb, Free took it and started to wrap it on Ray's body, she made sure she covered his wound, she barked "That should take care of it for a while."
Ray winced, he still felt the pain.
"This is all I know to do. I wish I could help more." Free barked, her eyes full of sorrow.
