If i use your name in here, and i say you say something or think something but you never did, dont worry. this is just a fictional story. If you wish me to take you out of it, tell me so. This is a story about myself, based on real things happening on the forum.
Prologue:
Tabbystripe stepped out of her medicine cat den. It was empty, as usual. Her close friend and fellow medicine cat, Fireheart, was on a journey, and wouldn't come back for a while. The medicine cat apprentice, Aquapaw had been gone, too. And her mentor, Ebonycloud, had become deputy. This hadn't bothered Tabbystripe, she was proud for her former mentor and friend, but then Ebonycloud left to become a rogue. She had seen her recently, and Ebonycloud had said her name was Whisper now. And another of her friends, Hawkshadow, had left, too to be a rogue. Now her name was Shadow. And even Brokenheart had left, and there was no trace of him. Last seen of him was he had gone on a hunt, and there were traces of rival cat smell on territory. Everyone feared he was killed. And Nightbreeze, another one of her good friends, had left too. But that was only a few of those who she had not seen or had left. She sighed, and lay down. Her herb stock was low, but no cats had been hurt recently. There weren't many cats left to be hurt. The Clan had no deputy, for some of WindClan hoped Whisper would return. So Rosestar sent out patrols, and sometimes other cats pitched in,too. Though there was less of the Clan to feed, the patrols were tiny, and if they ran into any enemies it would be hard to defeat them. Tabbystripe had found herself on a patrol more than once already, even the days she had to go to the Moonstone, when she should be resting. She felt hopeless, and found herself asking herself more than once, should I leave my Clan, too?
Tabbystripe dropped her bundle of herbs. She was bringing them, she might need them. Rosestar, who was guarding camp since the other warriors were tired, had asked where she was going. "My herb stock is low, and I thought it would be best gathering herbs in moonlight, so I can help on some patrols tomorrow," Tabbystripe replied evenly. "I'm bringing some herbs in case I run into a cat who might recognize the smell." "That's thoughtful," Rosestar replied. "It's best we're always prepared, especially with so little cats." Tabbystripe nodded. Then she picked her herbs up and padded on. When she was far from camp, she looked back at WindClan. She had grown up there, and now she was leaving her home. She felt almost like she had to leave. Things were getting too hard in WindClan. And she missed a lot of regular things. She missed gathering herbs with her friend, Fireheart, and they'd bring Aquapaw, their apprentice, and teach her about the herbs, too. She missed walking out of her den and greeting Fireheart and Tabbystripe's former mentor, Ebonycloud. She missed her circle of friends, Hawkshadow, Ebonycloud, Fireheart, and more WindClan cats who had left, and missed eating freshkill together. Now she ate alone most of the time. It was more painful knowing that her friends could be there, than being alone in the wild. So she'd left. She'd lied about it, but in the morning, or eventually, they'd find out. She just walked, until finally she sat down to think. Where would she go? She could make her own home, or join some of the other rogues. But being a loner, in her own home like that wasn't appealing to her. And being a rogue would be almost like being in WindClan, a small group of cats. No, she wanted to be cared for and be able to have food open to her. She shivered in the cold. She hated that, and realized she wanted warmth. Her mind was made up. But first, she went toward camp. On a route that patrols often took, she put down her bag of herbs. If Rosestar sent out a search patrol, or just a regular border or hunting patrol, found it, they'd know she'd left.
By dawn she'd crossed the ThunderClan border. she hid in the undergrowth. It was odd, after adjusting to WindClan moorland, but she didn't want to be caught by a ThunderClan cat, they'd think she was a WindClan cat tresspassing, even though she could hardly be called WindClan anymore. She approached the end of ThunderClan's border, Twolegplace opened up in front of her. Her new home.
Nice. I like how you mention some of the forums WindClan cats; it adds... something else to the story.
Just thought I'd point out, though, that Wolf is a completely new cat. You could say that Brokenheart was like, killed in battle or disappeared without a trace, to correct it. =)
Wha? And I'm not included in this? Hello! I was once WindClan! Wait,I know! YOU DUN LOVE MEH ANYMORE!!! D8
