Still a bit confused,he crouched down.He flicked his tail at her mouth,silencing her.Openin his mouth slightly to drink in the air,he gasped.Teh smell was strangely familiar.

Flight's eyes narrowed worridly. The scent belonged to Lightriver, a warrior from ThunderClan who, Flight knew, had been in love with Eaglesight - breaking the warrior code.
"Hello, Flight." A hiss from behind Flight made her jump. She whipped around to find herself face to face with a golden tabby. Lightriver.
"Welcome to my territory, Lightriver," Flight meowed icily. "Do you need something from me?"
Lightriver's eyes clouded. "Yes," she meowed hoarsely. "Your blood."

Silent's gaze shifted from Flight to Lightriver,confused.Realization hit him when Flight mentioned the name 'Lightriver'.
"Leave her,Lightriver." He growled,standing in front of Flight defensively.

Lightriver purred with laughter. "You can't protect her," she taunted Silent in a hiss.

Flight shuddered. "I have to fight her, Silent," she murmured. "She's been after me all my life. I have to end this, and for once, death might be the solution."

Lightriver crouched low to the ground, her eyes blazing. "Excellent. Then you understand why I'm here." Before Flight could even blink, she was tackled by the ThunderClan warrior.

Flight let out a yowl and slashed at Lightriver's front paws. But Lightriver leapt into the air, avoiding Flight's paws, and landed on Flight's back with her claws unsheathed. Flight winced as Lightriver scraped her claws down Flight's back as she slid off. Flight slashed her claws at Lightriver's throat. Lightriver let out a screech of pain as blood flowed down her side. The golden she-cat's paw flew through the air. Her claws flashed in the sunlight as the struck Flight's forehead. Flight yowled as blood trickled down into her eyes. She shook her head rapidly to shake the blood out of her eyes, and droplets of blood landed on the ground around her and speckled the grass with red. When she could see again, the first thing she saw was Lightriver's eyes blazing up at her. "You...murderer!" Lightriver rasped with her last breath.
Flight stood over Lightriver, her eyes clouded with shock. "I killed her," she whispered.
