What did I personally get from this poem? Stand tall, because you'll never fade. There's always someone that is there by your side, step by step, minute by minute, hour by hour, day by day, and so on.

There are not many otehr words to describe the poem... and I'm pretty much dead because of the big test we had in school... My brain hurts. TOO MANY WORDS! *flinch* But my muse is stronger than ever! :D But I hate tests.

While Im collapsing into nothing on the hardwood floor
Escaping into someone elses tender arms?
Shes holding you tight but I cant ignore
The lonely echo as my heart screams
From the suffering I cant take any more of
And all my broken dreams scattered into shards
Maybe this really was love

Fallen, broken bird
Keep flying, keep flying
Not another word
Stay trying, stay trying
Whatd I have to do
Ive got you, Ive got you
To stop from loving you?
Fall into
Fall into me

Surprise: it can be sung to the tune of You Found Me- The Fray!! Try it! :D

I edited the 4th line of the second stanza a bit. PM me for the real version if you'd like. It's just kinda... suggestive, for this forum. xDD no language, something else. So yeah. haha.

Over the Years

Organization clears my mind
I sort my memories into categories taken up by time
Things I cant remember
Things I cant forget
Things that need to be forgotten but are waiting cold and rotten
Things I cant let go of yet
Like your sweet, well-sculpted silhouette
Your breath against my cheek, your lips against my face

Who said to love like youve never been hurt
When we all know the sickness
The impossibility of refusing to remember the ones that kept you safe in their arms
The stabbing and tears that drown your beautiful face
Days you cant regret and still recollect your happiness
When the other one thought of it as nothing
Over the years the hurts still hollow
Swallowing sweet lies, refusing the empty truth

Believing that no one wants to help
Everyones deaf, they dont hear
No one hears
Echoing sobs and everyones blind
Fear in your eyes, no one behind, but you remember
There is always sweet truth beneath the vulnerable shadows
The taunting lies, licking goodbyes
Never arms too weak or too selfish
Always surrounded by a body of love over the years


Promise?

Oh, what a sweet, dark night that shattered my sleep, keep my fibs tucked underneath
I got lost in the stars, wondering where you are, what you do
Whyve you forgotten me in the midst
Of the navy sky that stretches on forever, never has to say goodbye, we dont relate
And I bury my dreams in myself as I sit and I wait

Kissed by the shadows that shattered my sleep, hiding my scars in water too deep
I fell to the ground, my ears dont hear, wondering why you
Disappeared away from my side
Into the night, into the navy sky with so many miles and miles to go
I protect my memories and look out below

Green eyes dripping and shattered my sleep, promise you still hold the secrets I keep
I realize now it only took years, seemed so long but
There he appears
Solid and golden in the navy sky, I thank the Lord for hearing my cry
I laugh with him and forever I die


Fall For You

My dreams are sweating, head is spinning, heart is racing, chasing, chasing
Wake up in the fog, the tears down my cheeks is not
Where I belong, being strong, going wrong
Wheres your heartbeat against my breaths, internal deaths
And I cant seem to move along

This isnt what I thought I wanted, indecisive, drowning, taunted
By your arms, your eyes that made me hungry
And its no big deal like you said, well go back to what
Lies ahead, you did so much and pulled me through
But theres one thing you werent supposed to do
Baby, you made me fall for you

My favorite is most definitely Fall For You for personal reasons. If you figure out what its about (without reading my deviantART, cheaterrr!) then you'll understand why it means a lot to me.
