All right everyone, this is the first person someone has been voted off our team, so let's try to make it the last! Let's learn from why we lost last challenge, which was because our banner wasn't "inviting" enough ;) so this time we have to read extra carefully in the challenge instructions, so we can meet every single expectation so that there's no way we can lose! =D I can't wait til the next challenge; let's make it good!
Your team must write an Adoptables Board review. Your review should include creative ways to express your ideas of this board. Do not go overboard, though. you still want to center the review around the Adoptables board. Do not be afraid to give critique or negative sides to the Adoptables board; reviews usually list the positives and negatives anyway.
Please Include: 1. Inviting images 2. At least three paragraphs of well-thought out critique/praise/feedback on the board. However, I am not judging on length, so don't extend your review too long. 3. Creative sections (not required, but suggested)
Rules: 1. Everybody must particpate, whether they help with ideas, the making of the review, the text, taking screenshots, whatever. 2. Do not hog all the work. This is a big project so it is helpful to have everyone participate. 3. No cheating. 4. Have fun with it! This is a creative task.
I will be judging the reviews myself. They will be judged on: -Creativity of the review -How interesting/well-thought the information is
Winners will not have to vote off a team member. Losers will have to vote off a team member.
Deadline: The final review should be put together and posted on this thread before or on Saturday, February 7th, 2009. That gives you about two weeks to complete your booklets. I suggest starting now so you don't lose any time! This project is big!

OUR STRATEGY: We have four people left, so we're going to divide this into sections, since there's so much to cover when it comes to the Adoptables board. Here are the sections:
Section One: Pets You Can Adopt In this section, talk about the standard pets to adopt, review them, and also go over what you think about being able to add pets, too, if you're selling them. Being Done by:
Section Two: Giving Adoptable Pets In this section, you have to review making a kennel and some of the cool stuff that comes with that. Being Done by:
Section Three: Owning an Adoptable Pet This is one of the largest sections, because you really have to review the different activities, including warrior and medicine cat apprentice ones. Being Done by:
Section Four: Pictures You will have to gather some pictures that go with each section. You can use other people's, but you must say who you got it from, so we can give them credit. This is an easier section, and I reccomend it if you won't be that active during this. Being Done by:
To sign up, just post, and I'll take whatever's left. Post ASAP. We still have to write our sections! We really only have three more full days, tomorrow and next weekend, and only a few hours during the week, so let's get to work!
and by the way, Tabby, the reason we lost that, is because one, nobody POSTED in this thread the whole challenge, and two, people left the task for the last minute. I kept trying to get everybody to come, but would they? xD

Yeah, I know, I think people will be more active during this challenge, though. ;) I'll give section two to music then. Now that we all have our sections, let's get to work!
Okay, everyone, I have some sketches of different animals to use, now i'm gonna draw some concept art representing the giving adoptables stuff. Right now the finished sketches I have is a dog(pug), skunk, and a penguin. ;) Now I just need to color them.
Okay, Music, when you do the review, I think we should mention how the virtual adoption centers are great ways to send the positive message about adopting and rescuing pets. ;) I finished the sketch of the adoption center, and I made it look a lot grander than typical adoption centers. I made it really, really welcoming, with lots of rooms, looking ideal for people to come and for the animals living in the welcoming center. Some people think shelters have 'dirty' pets and aren't welcoming, but looks aren't everything. I made it show the positive message of animal shelters that shelters allready have, but the virtual shelters may help push that, because if people adopt virtual pets from shelters so openly, there isn't much difference from adopting from a real shelter, they're just as great. ;)
