"Well if we don't kill him maybe there will be death and destruction and maybe this realm will be destroyed and the Cykarie Realm (otherwise know as the Sye Realm in the future) will have a waged war with a realm Blackfang named after himself." Ryujini said then paused. The three of them broke out laughing.
Owlscar nodded to Mudstone. "Thank you," he said quietly. "I'll get it to her when she wakes up." He glanced down at the sleeping Featherstorm and her happy, suckling kits beside her. Somewhat without thinking about what he was doing, he stroked Featherstorm along her spine with his tail as she slept.
A shiver ran up Featherstorm's body at Owlscar's touch. The kits let out a mew of protest but quickly settled down again. Each of their small bodies were pressed close to one another in the safe and loving environment. Still in a dreamless sleep Featherstorm, rested well. The warm touch of Owlscar felt wonderful against her tired back.
Owlscar stopped for a moment as a shiver ran through Featherstorm's body. But as she let out a sort of soft sigh of contentment, he continued stroking her back. He knew it must feel good to her, what with her body being so tired. Still sitting straight, he placed his paw next to the tiny kits to give them extra warmth.
Ic: Thornleaf stared at the busy apprentices. Everyone was doing something, except for one apprentice, Amberpaw. She was staring out in the open, sitting. Thornleaf sighed and got to his feet. He walked over to Amberpaw, and sat down next to her. "Why aren't you doing anything?" he asked gently. Thornleaf like Amberpaw, or, her looks at least. "I mean, everyone is doing something but your just sitting and staring!" He sighed then looked at Amberpaw in the eyes. "Tell me, is something wrong?"
Edit: Ooc: hey lily~! A good place for you to jump in! =)
Amberpaw broke her gaze from the sky and looked straight at Thornleaf. "Of course not!" She snapped, "Why in the name of StarClan would you think that something was?" She walked off, making sure to bump his shoulder with hers, her tail held high. Looking around for something to do, she yawned. She heard the small eager buzz of gossip getting passed around like the last piece of fresh-kill in the Clan. She looked back up at the sky, wishing the clan could be somewhere green like where they hunted their prey. She hated the hard feel of rock underpaw, and longed for a lush smell. Shaking the feelings away, she looked around for her mentor. "Riverstone!" She yelled impaitently.
