Flazestar padded back into the camp with a vole in her mouth she had a little gait in her step as she padded over to the pile and placed the vole down. Noticing a commotion near Featherstorm, she smiled. Flazestar padded over happily, glad. The kits were probably healthy. "The kits are healthy, I hope?" asked Flazestar, smiling to Featherstorm. She looked down at the little bundles of fur and smiled. "They are beautiful, Featherstorm. I wish you the best of luck, and I promise once they are old enough, I will find the best mentors." Flazestar loved her clan, and knew their kits were their future.

okay, then. unfortunately loving an idiot who doesn't love me back. but i'm not falling. i just kind of... am. .
Featherstorm glanced up with warmth at Flazestar, "Oh thank you," She purred. Despite that most of the clan didnt like her all that much, Featherstorm had a keen liking to Flazestar. The smaller she cat had been the one to allow her to stay in the clan and gave her her warrior name. She would never betray this kind and caring leader.
OOC: THe reason i keep saying that most of the clan doesnt like her and yet all the user characters do, is because there are NPC characters in the clan =D
"Do you have any ideas for the names?" asked Flazestar, sitting calmly next to her friend. Her silver eyes were calm as she thought of the best mentors. She licked her nose irritatedly as she thoguth of all the cats that disliked Featherstorm, and most deffinietly her kits. Her tail curled around her body and covered her paws as she smiled to Featherstorm. "And do not worry. Nothing bad shall happen to them. I will make sure everyone knows that." Her ears twitched as she heard she-cats outside talking about Featherstorm. A low hiss from Flazestorm silenced them. They'll never learn acceptance, though Flazestar. Even though that's what saved them.
OoC: No wonder there was a commotion. *pictures angry cats around Featherstorm's den*

Featherstorm blinked gratefully at Flazestar. "Yes we have figured out their names." She pointed to her eldest, the dark brown tabby tom, "He is Canyonkit. In honor of the clan that allowed him to be born." She pointed to his younger brother that was light gray with a black stripe down his back, "This is Ashkit. Owlscar suggested the name and i thought it was perfect." Warmth flooded her voice without thinking as she mentioned Owlscar. She moved on to her final kit. The small gray tabby she kit with the white paws, jaw, and tail tip. "This is Bubblekit. Because Thornleaf suggested her name and it was perfect." She glanced up at Flazestar with a satisfied smile.
"Perr-fect, Featherstorm. They'll be s beautiful as their mother," mewed Flazestar happily. Then she stood and asked, "Would you like something to eat?" Her tail swayed calmly back and forth though she was stumped as to who would be the kit's mentors. Then Flazestar yawned and added, "And if you have any preferences as to who would be the mentors, please tell me, Featherstorm. I'd be happy to oblige." Her silver eyes closed as she smiled warmly to her friend. Though Flazestar was smaller than most, she had more control and a more caring nature than most of them. Stretched her back into an arc, she purred contentedly as she looked at the kits. Olwscar must have already approved of their health. I thank StarClan that he's in this clan. Or else we'd all be gone.

OOC; The way we picked Amberpaw's mentor was putting the potential mentor's names on pieces of paper and then drawing it out =D So when it comes time we can do that if you want
Featherstorm shook her head, "Dont know really, but i suppose we can wait until its time for them to be out of the nursery. Right now is to early to think about that. We dont know their personalities." She glanced down at them. For all she knew, Bubblekit could be the most rambuncious out of all of them despite her size.
Flazestar grinned happily. "My parents thought I'd be the tentative one and all... But they were wrong, weren't they?" laughed Flazestar, content and calm when talking of her past. Stretching again, she mewed, "Well, I should go out and hunt again. The pile's look a tad low..." Looking outside of the den, she nodded to herself about something and then smiled to Featherstorm. "Don't you think?" Then she waved her tail in a good bye and padded quietly out of the den. Then she looked around for Owlscar. "Owlscar," she meowed loud enough that he could find her is he listened well enough. She just wanted to know that the kits were healthy.

ooc: Maybe if Amberpaw was made a Warrior in time... xD prolly nawt. She's wwaayy too immature.
ic: Amberpaw ignored the comments behind her and let her gaze sweep about the camp. "You would think that we're the last cats on earth!" She scoffed loudly, "That's the only thing this stupid excuse for a clan can think about is kits and mates and..." She let a shiver ripple her pelt. "Well, if nobody is going to do anything, I'll go hunt on my own!" She yelled, loud enough for the whole clan to hear. She stalked off quickly, knowing she shouldn't have disrupted the clan like that. "But nobody is doing what must be done," she told herself, kicking the hard stones at her feet, "We've only just moved here an, although we don't need boundarys, we should set some." She tilted her head to the sky. Why did they have to leave the forrest? Their lives didn't revolve around populating the clan. In her opinion, they should stop worrying about relationships, and start setting their minds on finding a better home. The rocks at her feet hurt her sore pads more and more every day. She ran quickly across the narrow path. Although she was clumbsy on even surfaces, uneven surfaces seemed to be easyer. When she made it across, she went as fast as she could to the grass. There was a small river that flowed there, a little curve from the lake far ahead. With a sigh of relief, she put her paws from stone to dirt to grass. She placed them in the wated and rinsed away the brown covering them. Why didn't she just live here? It would be much easyer. She lay on her side, letting the ebb and flow of the river sooth[sp?] her.
