Kitty's eyes widened. First, because Will had tried to take the blame away from her, unlike most overachievers. Second, because he had passed out on the ground. "Will!" She shouted, standing up out of her seat. Most of the students had stood up and were shouting at Mr. Kim to get a nurse. "Will, are you okay?" She asked him. He didn't answer though. Of course he wouldn't. Kitty mentally slapped herself. He's unconscious you idiot! Of course he can't hear you! "We'll get you to the nurse. She grabbed her extremely light backpack, for once not caring that she wrinkled some of her drawings a bit. They were replaceable. "Mr. Kim, I'll take Will to the nurse!" She narrowed her eyes in a glare that said, 'Try to stop me.' Mr. Kim merely nodded. His eyes were wide, as if he was afraid that Will's parents would sue him. "Willow, can you get his and my backpack please?" She put her backpack on the ground, so Willow could pick it up. Then she frowned at Will. How would she take him to the nurse? She shrugged and began dragging him, when she got an idea. She sighed, shook her head, and unzipped her jacket. A few students gasped, but she ignored them and dragged him onto the inside of her jacket. Once he was on the jacket, she began dragging him again, and realized that it was much easier. She smiled a little as she dragged him, silently thanking her luck that the nurse was close to her math class.

Will drifted in from darkness to a lighter darkness to a pitch black darkness. His heart rate was slowing down and his head didnt feel as light. His hands twitched at his side as he was faintly aware that he was moving. But not quite but his own choice. Yet still he remained a dead weight on Kitty's jacket as she pulled him along. The underachiever had dragged him in to the nurses office and the nurse and she had managed to get him on to the bed they had there. Will felt the nurses cold hand touch his head and move about him. Yet he wasnt exaclty sure where he was at the moment. The nurse turned to Kitty and nodded, "Thank you. He will be fine. He just needs to calm down. He also looks very tired. A bit of rest would do him good." She turned to look at Will for a moment, studying her face. "Are you close friends with him? He looks like he doesnt sleep well. Do you know the reason?" She pelted the girl with rapid fire questions.
Kitty was surprised by the nurse's questions, but tried to answer as best as she could. "No, I don't know why, I just met him. No one else stands up for him though..." she quieted down. Their backpacks were by the bed, and Willow had gone back to class. "Can I please stay with him? You won't send me back to class?" She asked hopefully. "It's not like I have anything to learn there." She muttered. Then a sudden question struck her. "Has this ever happened before? Does Mr. Kim always like to see his students squirm?" A spark of anger flared inside her. "This is all Mr. Kim's fault!" She picked her jacket up off the ground, shook off as much of the dirt as she could, and put it back on. At least she had had the wits to put the outside side on the ground. It was a simple matter of washing the jacket when she got home.
Ooc: Hehe. symbolic moment for Kitty~ Her jacket was off! :O

The nurse patted Kitty on the shoulder, "dont worry you can stay with him." She smiled softly and turned away, "As for Mr. Kim... i dont know him well so i cant say." She looked up at the ceiling thoughtfully. "But this isnt the first time this boy has been in my office. No i remeber he has been here a couple of times before. He has always looked nervous and tired. If i knew what was going on i would call his parents... but i dont..." She gave a soft frown and then looked back at Kitty. With that she turned and walked out in to the main nurses room leaving the door to the room with the bed open.
"Poor kid." Kitty murmured softly. She picked up their backpacks and walked into the room with the bed. "Hey Will, cmon, wake up." She pulled a chair up to the bed and looked at him. He really did seem tired. Didn't he get enough sleep? Were his parents dogging him everywhere he went? No wonder he was so jumpy. She began softly humming a lullaby, to pass the time while she waited for him to wake up. Soon she was singing it quietly, swaying softly.

Will heard the soft voice enter his head even while his mind swam in darkness. A soft smile spread on his face while he was still passed out. The voice wrapped around his brain and soothed his heart. His tense body relaxed. His bright hazel eyes opened slightly to see a window near the corner of a room he didnt remember entering, gracing a gentle figure with the light from outside. Faintly Will recognized the mystical voice of Kitty. Will felt a warm smile spread on his face as he listened carefully as she song on, unaware of him watching her.
When the song ended, Kitty looked down again. "Heya~" she said, smiling softly to hide the faint pink blush that arose around her cheeks when she saw that he had been watching him. "How're you feeling?" Concern crossed her face, before she was happy again. "Hey, thanks for defending me back there..." Her hood was down, simply because the inside had gotten dirty. Also, she had been alone, why should she wear the hood? She didn't think she was particularly pretty, and she loved having little kitten ears. Besides, if she suddenly stopped wearing her hood, people would start paying attention to her. She re-focused on Will, and looked him up and down, making sure she hadn't bruised him or anything on the rough trip to the nurse.

Will chuckled slightly, "Think nothing of it. It wasnt fair of Mr. Kim to try and get you in trouble for doing nothing." He shrugged loosly. After listening to her sing, he wasnt nervous. He felt completely at ease right now. It was like they were in their own world, tucked away from the rest of the school. Will struggled to sit up, but faltered for a moment. He chuckled slightly and managed to sit up straight. He glanced at Kitty, seeing her complete face for the first time. Her dark brownish red hair framed her face in just the right way, allowing her dark blue eyes to catch the light. He grinned to himself and couldnt help the thin blush on his face. "Thank you," He whispered softly.
Kitty smiled again. "It was nothing. Thank you." She chuckled a little. "I hate his class. He acts like I'm a little Kindergartner who knows nothing." She snorted. Then she got an idea, and her face lit up. "Hey, do you need help with your math homework? My mom home schooled me up until Algebra 2. I can help you with History too. My dad used to love history..."

Will tilted his head to the side, "Well... i suppose it would help" He grinned warmly, "My parents wouldnt mind i dont think. As long as it helps me become a better student." Will shifted on the bed and tossed his legs over the side. He stood up rather smoothly. He was usually shaky as he did anything but he movements now were elegant and even. He figured it was because he felt comfortable around Kitty. "Where would you like to study then? Perhaps at one of our houses?" He smiled delicately at her.
