People quickly pushed past Bree, and she watched the direction of where everyone was headed. Then she saw security guards, five of them, walking towards a group of laughing teens. They were a, 'gang,' apparently, and they often fought against those weaker than them. Bree narrowed her eyes, and held her breath. The security guards must've known what these boys could to, since they were careful with their steps, and slowly they began to speak and try to calm them down. But the boys just threw their heads back and kept kicking whoever was on the ground. Then Bree saw Alice, who looked fightened, and was on the ground, and Bree was guessing, was pushed down. Looking at Andi, she gave a co[cky and yet afraid grin. She knew she had the capabilities to fight, but was it worth saving this kid, if the security guards were there? She would gte kicked out too, and that wasn't something she wanted.

The gang laughed at Nikko's attempts to protect himself & simply ignored the guards becuase the security wasn't that muscular. Nikko whimpered & coughed as blood dripped down his chin,the pool of blood beneeath him made it look worse than it was but it still wasn't good. Soon the gang pulled out bats & started hitting him with them, he cried out.

Andi walked over to her and said "Okay you see the fat one just watching? I'm going for him you can take your pick of the others. Maybe if we have the Luck of the Vampires we won't die"she had a smile. The Luck of the Vampires came from the Darren Shan books Andi was always reading. "Luck Bree"she said and started snaking through the people trying to get through. Most of the time Andi thought things through and came up with some sort of a plan but tonight she was just going to let things play out. Getting to the front of the crowd she inched towards the big guy and then jumped.

"The leader's for me!" shouted Bree, slipping through the crowd silently and without touching anyone. Upon reaching the open space, Bree unnoticeably made her way behind the leader, and then struck out with a roundhouse kick and then a punch to the face. Bree knew only too well how to fight people, and this was one of those times that she wouldn't think things through. Well, actually, Bree never thought anything through when it came to fighting. She stood defiantly, staring the leader down with bright, fearless, green eyes that sparked as soon as the leader jumped to his feet.

"I don't usually hit girls... but when they hit first, i feel there's an exception," grinned the leader. He was obviously much taller than Bree, but she did not step down or flinch. "Well then, let's see what happens then!" yelled Bree, spitting in the leader's direction. He stared her down, his hazel eyes strong and yet had a softness to them. Something clicked in Bree's mind. She could see how afraid he was of hitting a girl. Bree guessed that he probably didn't expect girls to get into the fight, but was only acting tough for his, 'gang.' She held what she was about to say on the tip of her tongue in fear of setting off another member of the gang. "Bring it," was all she stated as she dropped her hands and grinned in a co]cky manner.

Nikko panted & looked up at Bree & Andi, he felt sick from getting kicked so many times in the stomach. His hair almost covered his eyes do to sweat & blood, he tried to crawl away so he could take a moment to breath but while the leader was distracted some of the others focused on Nikko. They continued to beat him with the bats & kick him like it was a game of who could make Nikko bleed more.

The fat guy threw her off and she landed on her stomache. "Ahh"she said as she got up. Her hair got in her face so she brushed it away. She looked at a skinny guy and charged him from behind. He stummbled and fell to the ground with Andi on top of him. She punched and slapped and scratched about wildly. While Bree and Andi made a fuss the cops moved in and grabbed the other two remaining guys still kicking Nikko. The fat guy had run err waddled away. All of a sudden Andi felt strong arms around her and she was pulled off the ground. Falling limp she looked up at the person who had grabbed her and smiled her best smile. "Hello officer can I help you with something?"she asked. A stone faced man looked down at her and said "You and your sister are coming with us downtown" Andi looked at Bree with an uncertain look. Her sister? Bree and Andi looked nothing alike they didn't even sound alike.

Nikko layed on his stomach in the middle of a small puddle of blood panting, he had so many conditions that made it hard for him to heal. He groaned & looked at his scraped hands covered in his blood, he started to get dizzy. He groaned again as a darkness envoloped him & he fell unconscious on the cement ground.

Bree felt an arm grab her shoulder. It was officer Jones; he had helped her out many times as a child because she was home alone all the time. "Ah... Hello officer!" she said, smiling. "I never really expected this from you, Bree. C'mon. Boys, grab Nikko and let's get outta here," commanded Officer Jones. Or, should I say, Chief Jones? "Just trying to help a friend," argued Bree quietly, her thick British accent thick as she whispered. "But what did I always say? Violence is not the answer," he replied. "But I think it would've been anyways, off'cer," she replied curtly. "Though I agree, it was not your fight, Bree. You parents will not hear about this, for I know they will be back home in a hurry, but try to stay out of trouble after this," said Chief Jones, smiling at Bree's accent that was like his own.

OoC :: I'm suggesting the transformation starts as they are brought outside. It's night now, I'm guessing.

"Hey Bree little help here" she said and looked up at the man "Do you mind putting me down?"she asked. The officer was still holding her in the air. "Sure"he said and sat her on her feet. "You know you should really get some gloves your hands are freezing"she said softly. "I'll keep that in mind" he said gruffly as he ushered her away. "Bree"she hissed looking at her with big eyes. The man alreayd had her out the door.
