"Wow...you would make a great medicine cat, Lunardream," Willowsong meowed quietly, sitting to the side. Now that the action had passed, the beauty of the new camp took over, and a few leaves fluttered down from the sky, floating on light breezes.

"That was not comforting either!"
"It is the way of the Creed. Usually our deaths are violent but quick."
Lunardream kept her eyes on Frostbreeze as she replied. "Thank you, Willowsong...I think it's in my blood." She didn't know if Willowsong would ask her to be the Clan's medicine cat, but she did know that she would absolutely love it. She'd always watched her father as a kit, and she felt so at home in the sweet-smelling medicine den...
Ghostfur saw Lunardream finished with treating Frostbreeze. It was probably the best time; she had this great look on her face like winning a contest. He walked over towards her a bit hesitant at first. Ghostfur didn't know how she would react when a thought hit him. If Lunardream became the medicine cat... he wouldn't be able to mate with her! Ghostfur sighed. His love for this cat wasn't enough to stop him from helping his clan. He walked up towards her slowly. "Um.. Lunardream.." he said akwardly. "I was thinking that you should be HopeClan's medicine cat. I mean.. no other cat's as good as you, and your dad was the former ShadowClan medicine cat." He blushed and waited to hear Lunadream's scowl and feel the pain of her ripping his fur off.
Lunardream gave Ghostfur a surprised glance. "Medicine cat?" she repeated, considering. Slowly she nodded. "I would love to have that honor...but, of course," she meowed hurridly, glancing at Fireclaw and Willowsong, "it is the decision of our deputy and leader, and the rest of the Clan as well," she added, flicking her tail toward the other cats.
Ghostfur stared at Lunardream in supprise. She took that in the complete direction Ghostfur thought she would. He smiled. "I guess we now have to decide on the deputy and leader." he said. "I think Willowsong should be leader.. and Frostbreeze should be deputy. Or Fireclaw," he added to the experienced new warrior. Even though he never had an apprentice; even though he just became a warrior, he was kind and caring and a strong willed warrior. He had the good personality of a deputy.
"Actually, Ghostfur beat me to my next sentence, but I was going to ask if you'd like to be HopeClan's new medicine cat. You already know so much about it, and StarClan, or whoever is watching us now, can teach you the rest." Willowsong smiled at the ShadowClan she-cat.

Ghostfur smiled. "Well.. considering I think you should be the new leader.. Willowstar," he said with a sly grin, "I think Lunardream should be the medicine cat, since Willowstar asked her." He smiled another smile. His decisions were made; Ghostfur definatly wanted the she-cat to become leader.
Lunardream's beaming smile could have lit up a pitch-black sky. Her gray eyes were sparkling with excitement and gratitude. "Oh, thank you, Willowsong," she meowed "-or should I say, Willowstar," she added with a wink. Lunardream was the happiest she had ever been in her ill-fortuned life. But now it wasn't ill-fortuned - she felt like the luckiest cat in all the Clans.
"Oh dear. From Leader, to Willowstar. That's made it so much more personal," She banged her head on the grass, as if in exasperation. "But you'd make the perfect medicine cat. And I can tell you'll love being it too." Willowsong smiled and turned to the camp. "I don't know if we should all have seperate dens though. I mean, maybe all sharing one den wouldn't be that bad, but then it also might be bad. I don't know."

Ghostfur sighed. "The leader should have her own den, then the warriors, then nursery, and elders." He glanced at Willowsong. "I think that's evenly split; we shouldn't have too much fights." He laughed. "But.. we don't have any queens here. Or elders." Ghostfur smiled. "But if we're to be a real clan, then we'd leave two dens open for them."
