Tao looked at sophia at the other side of the table. "Well, tough beans! It was hard to get out of that one! hey, who's your friend? Hi, my name is Tao! Nice to meet you!" Tao looked at her and waited for a responce. it was kind of a quiet place, of couse you wouldn't expect to see to many people at burger king when the monsters are out. not to mention it was like 12:15am . . almost everyone would have been asleep, it's past midnight!

Austin looked up and saw a few kids oat a different table across the room at burger king. He snorted. "Well, you must be a brave bunch," he said. He saw two girls and a boy. He looked down at his food. It was cold. Was it like this before? he thought. He looked back to the kids across the room. He had a weird sense that he knew the boy. He shrugged and turned to the newspaper. It was from the day before. Yesterday's news.

Tao glanced over at the guy. "I'll be right back." He said getting up from the table. He walked over to austin and sat down across from him. He smiled and not sure why, he sighed. "you seem so, so, fermiliar." He said. "Do I know you from somewhere? Oh, I am tao by the way."

Austin hesitated. "Uh, that's nice. I'm Austin. Austin Grund. Hey, you look familiar, uhh, Tao," he said. He glanced over at the others. "So you're here with your friends?" he asked, then felt a chill go down his spine. Something was wrong. He felt it i the air, in the food. He looked out the window. There was a racoon there. "There's something among us," it whispered, then jumped out of view.

"You okay dude?" Tao asked watching him look out the window. "Oh, you thinking about the stone of dreams aren't you?" He said calmly. "I have done a ton of reasearch on that, I am going to find it someday!"

It will be extremely hard to get to," he said. He nodded his head to excuse himself. He opened the door. "Acorn!" he called. Out of a nearby tree hopped a squirrel. "What's up Austin?" he asked. Acorn was his best pal. He climbed onto Austin's arm and he went inside. "Will you guys meet someone?" he asked to his new friends.
