Alyssa watched as the preformed the surgery through drooping eyes... she wasn't going to hold much longer. Before long, she would fall in a deep sleep... Lyssa barely felt the pain of the doctor searching through her leg for the bullet. She didn't really care, at least. Her brain felt as if the only need was to sleep. Oh.. how much she longed to be on her bed at home..
OOC: HAHA. my 3rd RP post and I'm having an operation :3
Ooc;; oh goodness, guys, so sorry I wasn't here. But really...if you're going to go that fast I can't keep up, especially since my grandparents will be here for a week and yeah, cant get on as much. o-o Fwahh. Gosh darn.
OOC: I agree with Dusky. Having only one team, plus a single member of the other team when there is supposed to be two teams? Lol its not working. Unfortunatly. Hopefully Ebbs or someone will get on SOON. I haven't RP-ed in so long. I miss it. Lol
Ooc: Darky will post soon, leading the first scraps of the Beta team in. As soon as Dark posts, we can keep rping. I'll be leaving soon though, and I might not be on for long.

"That was not comforting either!"
"It is the way of the Creed. Usually our deaths are violent but quick."
A slender limb grasped at the entryway number pad, deftly picking out the code with one finger as he held his own self propped up against the wall. Black hair ruffled as he shifted to allow the door to open. Blue eyes followed his teammates. They'd encountered trouble on the way back. It wasn't as if they weren't expecting it. It was just- sudden. Entering the passage with a slight limp, Kein reviewed the whole situation in his head. The mission was a success. They were just returning until- Bang. Crash. "Ugh..." A sharp pain resounded in his head and tendrils of present consciousnesses surrounded his own, begging to be heard. This always happened. It wasn't as if this "Gift" came without pain. Constant headaches and pain. The blank-eyed stare that made him so famous of being called "lazy" was a result of years of resistance. Although an other in Beta Team, Kein had proved himself to be extremely useful in unusual situations. He entered the Headquarters with glazed eyes and a soft sigh. "We're back."
Painter's head snapped around from where he had been gazing at Alyssa with an anxious gaze. The doctor was taking care of her. And Beta was back. "Kein? Are you alright?" He saw Kein coming in with a limp, did that mean they had encountered another ambush? "Team Beta?" Sarah asked, looking at the bedraggled team who was coming in through the tunnel. Nathan Crowe was also there, and Logan jumped up to offer support to the limping Kein.

"Thanks." Kein said and blinked to clear his thoughts. "Just- wait a second. Let me get used to you guys." Immense pressure slit his mind in two. Frustration, anxiousness, pain throbbed in his skull. "Sorry for making you guys wait." A small smile, "We were ambushed, too. An agent knocked a lucky dagger through my leg. The healer wrapped it up enough, but I'm afraid that I'm still going to leave a bit of blood on the carpet." A pause. "Remind me why we have carpet instead of hardwood floors, again?"
