Bluebell breathed slowly. "I....I'm dying...." he whispered softly. "I can't....move...." he opened his eyes a bit and stared at cliffs blurry figure. "I....I've lost to much....blood....." he panted. "...it's to late....." bluebell watched him and slowly began to close his eyes. His breath began to stop again. His ears still ringing from the dogs barking. "g..goodbye..."

Cliff grolwed and looked toward Blubell. "NO! Your not going to die!" His heart started to beat quicker and quicker, he had to do something and he had to do it now. Looking at Bluebell again his ears pushed back. "Listen Blue. You have a family and they love you too much to know that you've died and given hope! You HAVE to stay alive!" Barking at the man again he jumped in the cage and slid under Blubell's body. Blood slowly dripped on his pelt as he walked back out.

Bluebell panted, and blood dripped from his mouth as he did. "I....I can't make it....cliff...." he barked softly. He knew his family wouldn't like it if he was dead. But he's lost to much blood. His heart beated slowly. "I....I can't...." he whispered, tears slowly falling from his cheeks. His ears pressed back. Blood dripped in the ground below them.

Cliff squinted seeing the blood drop on the ground. Looking back up at the man he growled and walked slowly back. The door behind them finally opened as a man looked in. He yelled and the other man yelled as Cliff ran toward the open door. The man in front of the entrance quickly moved out of the way as Cliff ran as fast as he could while holding onto Blubell. Pushing the door to outside he ran to the van and saw it was still open. Jumping in he grabbed Rolo by her neck and jumped back out. There was no time to talk now, hopefully he could get Blubell to shelter before something DID happen to the dog. Running even faster he ran across the street and heard shouting behind him but it soon got quiter and quiter as he kept running.

Bluebell panted. He was reliezed to stop hearing the sounds of dogs barking. The scent of fresh air touched his nose. He breathed in slowly. "cliff...." he whispered. "it's no use trying...I'm going to die..." he barked. "why don't you understand that it's to late...?" he opened his eyes a bit and looked at the ground move quickly as cliff ran.

Once the sounds of the humans were no longer there Cliff stopped and looked back. Not being able to talk with Rolo in his mouth he growled alittle at Bluebell to show he didnt care. Seeing that the alley way wasnt the best place to go to right now he made his way to a small park strait ahead. Walking into the woods of the park he put Rolo down next to a tree and slid Blubell off into the grass. Turning he felt his back wet with blood. Bluebell couldnt die. not after he had came all this way, just to bring him back. Beginning to lick the dogs wounds he closed his eyes, so he wouldnt see how much blood was on Blubell's coat. "Im not giving up on you." He growled and stopped only for a moment to look at the hurt dog.

Bluebell stared at cliff with his half closed eyes. He breathed slowly. Blood dripping from his mouth as he panted. He closed his eyes slowly, to weak to reply to what cliff said. He breathed heavly and quickly, yet his heart beated slowly. He waited for cliff to say or do anything else. The breeze pressed again his blood covored pelt.

Rolo watched in horror as Bluebell was dying. Rolo was scared she curled up next to the tree and hid her eyes so she did not have to watch the poor dog die or suffer any longer. It was to sad "what will we do?!" Rolo asked nervously "the dog catcher might find us soon!" Rolo barked.

Cliff shook his head and looked behind him. The dog cather would be out searching for them soon, and this time he would be even more violent. Cliff's heart raced with every moment, as he stared at the streets. Growling he looked back at Bluebell and dug his claws into the ground. He had no idea what to do, and if Bluebell died in front of him he would never live it down. "I- I can't." He voice was shaky and he felt defeated. It wasn't like him to just give up, but he had too. Although he told Bluebell he wouldnt give up, he just didnt know what to do. "Im a horrible boss!" He growled suddenly. "I let you two walk off and came too late! I could'nt defeat those dogs that came to our territory, and now I can't do anything but watch!" Staring at the ground his muscles tensed and he whimpered alittle. "I-I can't do this anymore..."
