Something weird about forbidden love (WARNING LOTS OF SPOILERS FOR ALL THE SERIES!!!!)

Yes, I haven't seen a forbidden love so far that has actually conquered the "forbidden" part of it. Maybe the Erins will change that in the future :D It's not neccesarily weird, just realistic. It also causes a more heart-wrenching story; two characters who are in love but can't be together. Everybody always loves a love story, whether the couple can be together or not. Think Romeo and Juliet ;]

Yes, indeed.
Yellowfang's 'consequence' was Brokenstar. But StarClan accepted her anyways, for forbidden love. I don't really think Forbidden Love is very forbidden in these books. :/

I almost laughed at that consequence for some reason because it was like Starclan killed her kits then let one survive who turned out to be evil! Maybe it was Starclans fault maybe they made Brokenstar evil. But still, Yellowfang learned that medicine cats cant have kits (even though a lot of them have.)

Hmm... I've been thinking about how there's wayy too much forbidden love in these books. Wouldn't they just accept it by now? lol.

But yet I'm still trying to see relationships through other clans that we might not have heard about at all. Like in Bluestar's Prophecy, when we hear that one of the young warriors had a father in WindClan? The biggest problems arn't descdribed unless they have to do with ThunderClan. Nobody talks about twoleg problems in ShadowClan anymore, or what WindClan does when it snows. [:

YEah the forbidden love thing has always managed to stir up trouble... All i ahve to say is im getting rather sick of all the forbidden love. It was cool at the beginning because it was new and mysterious. Two cats that love eachother battle the odds that are against them! Yet as the Erins put more of those types of romances in the less novelty it has. Its like, "Oh great... The med cat is in love with that clan's med cat but oh wait! Now they are being emo and must seperate... But oh no again! They think true love will conquer all only to have them end up not being together and hating eachother's guts... wow..." Its just getting kindah old ;D

Yeah like the SilverstreamxGraystripe thing that was great I loved that forbidden love but LeafpoolxCrowfeather got annoying I didn't like that.

I liked them both, i just didn't like how there's CrowxLeaf, SilverxGray, BluexOak, FeatherxCrow, SashaxTiger, YellowxRagged, BrookxStorm, MilliexGray, and I think that's it. It kinda ruins the meaning of "forbidden", you know? [:

I don't know if this is the right thread but.. I didn't like BramblexSquirrel, since they are blood related. Sandstorm is the kit of Redtail and Redtail is the younger brother Leopardfoot, who is Tigerstar's mother.. So, BramblexSquirrel.. Didn't like that so much...
