Kit nodded, having heard Blaike easily. With the enhanced hearding they had it wasnt that hard to hear something... That was if you were paying attention. The boy scratched his chin for a moment. "Its about time we all go to sleep now." The boy wrapped himself in his own vibrant red wings and yawned. "Wake me in the morning," with that he fell in to a light sleep that he could easily waken from.

As Kit slept a pounding formed in his head. With every heart beat his whole body was in pain. Memories of the drug they had injected in to his body came flooding in to his dreams causeing nightmares. The boy shuddered and shook through the night as the pain increased with every second. He wasnt sure how much more he could take but he couldnt wake up. Yet the pain immediatly vanished when the warm gentle glow of the sun carress his face. His wild green eyes opened gently and he could see traces of light dancing through the leaves of the trees they had taken shelter under. The boy rubbed his eyes and was immediatly awake. He went about the buisness of waking everyone else. "Come on guys, suns up. We have to move." He shook everyone's shoulder to make sure they would get up. With that he turned toward Blaike who was now awake as well. "Well commander where to next?"

Blaike stood, her head still violently pounding from the increased amount of headaches. "We head the same way we were heading last night. There's bound to be somewhere where we can hide out better than a patch of grass, maybe an abandoned house, or something." She rubbed her temples but stopped, she wanted everyone know she was feeling fine. "If we sleep out under a tree for so long, then we're sure to get caught." Her words made sense, but they came out in a blur. They really did to find a nice place to stay, before the Fly Boy's found them at least so they didn't know what direction they were heading.

Zemmie opened her eyes, blinking sleepily. "Already?" she muttered, not wanting to get up from her dreamless sleep. But then, she remembered that they were free. She rubbed her eyes to wake herself up -- succeeding to do so. She flapped her wings and bit, then looked at Blaike. "Yeah," she muttered. "Makes enough sense. But flying and hunger don't mix too well." She laughed as her stomach grumbled. "Hey Theo, fancy stealing some more food?"

Kit had noticed the temple rubbing and the pained look on her face. He didnt mention it while they were on the ground but gave a forced smile that looked natural. "All right everyone! You heard the Commander! Lets move out!" He turned to see everyone staring at him. An almost sarcastic dirty look came from Theo, a shy hesitant one came from Scott and both Saturn and Zemmie had eager grins. The boy shook out his wings, letting the bright red feathers cascade down his back. He turned to Blaike and nodded. He was going to ask her about the headaches when they were in the air. Now wasnt a good time. No need to worry those who didnt have them.

Zemmie sighed, smiling though, and leaped into the air. She let her eagle wings soar for awhile, letting the breeze fly though her feathers. It felt good, almost natural, to be in the sky. She could stay there forever.
Dipping down, she waited for her friends to fly as well. Kit was stretching his wings, ready to tame flight. Some were just getting ready. But she was the only one in the air. Laughing, she called down, "Hurry up slow pokes!"

Kit grinned devilishly at Zemmie. "Yeah just wait for us to get up there. Youre the one thats going to have to keep up," he laughed good heartedly and jumped high, enough to clear a basketball player's head, and pumped his wings down strongly. His flame colored wings carried him high in to the sky. The sun graced the red feathers, making them looked like they were made of fire. He laughed as he climbed in to the sky. The rest of the group did the same and soared in to the sky. Blaike took the lead and soared toward the North East again. Kit followed behind easily, letting her have a bit of space before he questioned the headaches. He himself was curious about them as well. They had injected him with some sort of stuff before he left. Perhaps they did the same for Blaike. The green eyed boy turned his head over his shoulder, wonder if anyone else had been injected. Yesterday he was sure he was the only one in their room that had been shot with that stuff.

Blaike flew on quietly. She stared at the ground, thinking. She looked behind her and saw the others following. Zem was doing her normal routine of tricks while flying, Saturn looked happy, and Kit was staring at her. She jerked her head forward, which really wasn't that smart of an idea, because pain coursed through her head again. She shut her eyes for a moment, and opened them again. They had done something else to her, something while she was unconscious. She sighed. Kit would be questioning her, no doubt.

"Idiots. Absolute idiots. They want to waste all this food? Fine." Theo was grumbling - after all, he hadn't slept much, keeping watch - as he scooped up whatever else he could carry. "It'll be their own faults if they're hungry." Stuffing it in his jacket and zipping it up tight so nothing fell out, he snapped out his wings. Picking up a last apple on the ground, he leaped, pumping his wings, easily catching up to the others, who had actually been quite a ways ahead of him. He guessed it was a good thing to have wings of an extinct bird. The scientists had done something right for once. At least he could fly, and well at that. Theo smirked as he flew by the little ones in the back, and took a bite out of his apple, gliding on an updraft just behind Blaike and Kit.
