Saturn stared at them. Nudge seemed to be really excited, but she couldn't go over to her without showing pain. And that would show them she had been made weaker. Max was one year older than her, but much taller. Saturn didn't realize she was biting her lip from pain untell blood came out. She immediatly turned around, and held her lip. Then she saw the nearest tree and flew in the hole inside of it. She hadn't realized she'd left drops of blood where she had been standing.
Giggling at Theo, Zemmie turned her attention to Max. She was only fourteen, hard to believe. Every person in Zemmie's flock was older than the leader of the famous one, except for Saturn who was only a year younger. Zemmie's eyes flickered back and forth, checking out Max out. Amazing, beautiful wings. She sighed.
ooc: sorry guys for the ridiculously short posts XD nothing much to sayy...
Saturn was still hiding in the tree, cupping her hands over her mouth to stop her from screaming. Max and the others hopefully hadn't noticeed her sudden dissapearence from the talkative conversation they were sharing. Her lip had healed, but she was biting it again. How long could she keep this up? She saw that Gasman was pointing at the tree and trying to get Nudge to see. She hid further in.
Scorchie, your character can't constantly be off in emo escapes, hurting herself or being completely and totally unsure of herself. Our characters will just stop chasing after her. :/
Ic: Theo noticed Zemmie's eyes riveted on Max's wings and stepped up behind her. "Shall we go meet the famous one?" he asked, smirking. He could feel Max watching them warily - after all, Zemmie was three years older, and Theo was five - and with the look of a mother protecting her young ones. He had heard that 'The' flock took to each other like family, and he realized how completely different their own flock was. They weren't as graceful as the legends, but they didn't have any freakish powers either, Theo noted, spotting that Max and Fang had slits in their necks. He hadn't heard of those before. Shouldn't be calling them freakish. We're every bit as freakish, although they were very nice about pointing that out. You mean how they made fun of Kit's wings? Yep. I mean really, they see a bunch of bird kids for the first time in their lives, and what do they do? make fun of the second-hand kid. They've outgrown the School, if you haven't noticed, Thea replied dryly. No one to scare them out of being rude. That, and the fact that they liked being the only bird kids, sharing the fame. Now they've got competitors, and ones with strange and pretty wings. Oh so scary.

ooc: Sorry! I'll try to keep the story on every one! Thankies!
ic: Saturn, now less pained, climbed out of the tree and headed back towards the others. She saw that Gasman had stopped pointing and was now talking with the others. They hadn't noticed her, and that was good. She stood next to Theo now, feeling safe. Scott was next to her too. She hid behind the group, afraid Gasman might tell them about her flying off into a tree.
OOC; Also Scorchie, not every tree has a hole, let alone one big enough for a person with wigns to climb in. You would be lucky enough to get your head in ^^"
Kit grinned softly as each of the members interacted with each other, that was except for Fang. He stood in a corner near the edge of the group, glaring at the newcomers. Kit scratched the back of his neck in an unsure way. He didnt really want to talk to Fang. If it was anyone he wanted to talk to it was Max but he had been made fun by her earlier. Well, it was probably best to start things out slow anyway. The Sun had set well behind the horizon but that didnt stop the two Flocks from interacting. Kit had searched for firewood while everyone was talking. He pushed them in to a small pile, unsure exactly how to make the flames. Fang stood behind him, almost scarring Kit half to death. Kit couldnt help but notice the major differences in him and the silent boy. Sure they had the same kind of bond with their leaders but Fang was much more like Theo. He had dark wings and easily blended in. Kit's vibrant wings stood out even in the darkness. Yet despite Fang's hostility and indifference and produced a match from a coat pocket. He struck it on his shoe and threw it on the pile of wood. With a bit of care he managed to coax a flame from it. Kit grinned and said, "Thanks, I wouldnt know the first thing about starting a fire." Fang just glared at him again and moved away without a sound. Kit held his tongue then and just stared at the fire, his headache causing more pain at the bright light.
