I turned around at the sound of Lucy's voice. The principal hadn't yet called me in, so I was waiting, sitting on a chair. "Whacha doin' here?" I asked glumly. "Shouldn't you be in class reviewing?" I sighed as soon as the office door opened and out strolled Mr. Binfol, a plump, round looking man. He wasn't all that surprised to see me. "Ahh, Mr. Luke Emery," he said. "Come in, come in." I gave Lucy a parting glance, then followed Mr. Binfol into his office, waiting for doom.
I raised an eyebrow, about to ask Luke what the fun was in reviewing, but sat back in my chair. "What jail sentence are you here on, Oddie?" I asked, recognizing the kid who was my age from the math and English classes we shared. "You weren't being extremely funny again, were you?" I smirked, enjoying the way my voice formed those words. It sounded right, perfect.

"Everyone dies eventually. Once you are born, you begin to die."
"That was not comforting either!"
"It is the way of the Creed. Usually our deaths are violent but quick."
"What happened now," Mr. Binfol asked, exasperated. I sighed and took a deep breath before explaining my story.
"Well... Bobin was throwing paper clips at me and Grant," I started. Mr. Binfol raised his eyebrows at the mentioning of paper clips. Yeah, I probably guessed what he was thinking -- punching a guy because he was throwing paper clips at you? "And then one hit Grant really hard in the head, with the sharp point or whatever." I flicked my hand, dismissing that part. "You know Grant, not very brave.. or whatever, so I got mad cause he's kinda.. defenseless and weak. So I was like 'Don't hurt him!' and he's like 'Well whacha gunna do?' so I got mad at him and kinda punched him."
Mr. Binfol sighed. "I appreciate the 'protecting your friends' part, but Luke, you went over it. So you know what that means." Yeah, I did. I was getting expelled, hurrah. My mom would understand, hopefully. She did every year. Yeah, it sucks to have a son with dyslexia and ADHD.
I tossed Lucy a cunning yet bored smile, "Oh you know me. I invented funny." I shook my shoulders laughing a short curt laugh. "Now ive bee sentenced to guide the new girl around school." I pointed with my thumb to the smiling girl whom i had insulted earlier. Whatever it was she had said afterward i didnt catch. I had been to busy yawning. It didnt particuallarly matter. The principal would just have me sit here all day f it came down to it. I was surpised i hadnt been kicked out of this school yet. It was sertainly coming though.
ooc: a quick reminder, school is gunna end 'today'. it's the last day of school. they meet each other again unexpectedly at summer camp, AKA Camp Half-Blood. :D
I saw Oddie and Lucy, so I walked over to them. "Hey all!" I greeted them, "Another day in the life of the outcasts." I smiled a mysterious smile and sat down on the floor. "These people are so dumb. I mean come on, what is the point of learning all this? Besides, who can when there are so many darned distractions! They sat me by a window. A WINDOW!" I laughed. "It's far too beautiful outside for me to stare at an ugly old bald man talk about finding X all day when it's right there on the board!"
"So that's why you've always got others knotted up in laughter," I said, grinning. Oddie was kinda easy to befriend, if you pushed the right buttons. Praising him was one of them. Not saying anything stupid was another. Then again, I almost never said anything stupid. Unless I was enraged. But that almost never happened either. After all, these bratty kids had nothing to do with me, and had no skill in angering me either.

I tuned him out as I looked at the other kids. They had the same rough look no doubt, so I decided to go and sit in the principal's office. Man, the kid guiding me around was pretty boring, so I left him there. I got more bored every time I looked at him.He was boring, and just yawned when ever some one asked him something. Then I walked back over to him."These your friends? They don't look to bad."I said as I satred at them. I didn't like boring kids that just wandered around. So I leaned up against the wall, and thought about the day.No one in their group seemed to like me.
ic: I trudged out the door, Mr. Binfol closing the door behind me. Muttering a small 'hi' to Lucy, Oddie, and Anya, I left the office, left the school. I took in a deep breath. My last time seeing this school, probably. Last time to see Mr. Selton, my favorite teacher since forever. Last time to learn Latin, a class that I actually liked. I was about to pull out my cell to call my mom, but the remembered my stuff. I rushed back into the school and ran towards the Latin room, enough to hear a conversation between Grant and Mr. Selton.
I grinned impishly at Lucy and then toward Anya. "Well if they were dumb enough to put a vain little thing like you next to the window they should have expected that you wouldnt be able to find X." He lifted my brows at Anya, "What i am surpised at is that you managed to find it at all. You know that if you look close enough at the white board you can see your own reflection? Id think thats where your attention would be." I grinned impishly again. "Anyone else tired of this place? Schools about to end anyway. I thinks its best if we just leave." He frowned with a boared light in my eyes.
