The Legend of the Seeker

So this is a TV Show, and since I believe most of you do not watch it or have never heard of it, read on, and all will be explained, ask if you have any questions.

 

A group of people, The Seeker, A Mother Confessor, A Wizard of the first order, and A Mord Sith, are traveling to find the stone of tears. There is a tear in the veil. Which is what seals our world from the underworld. There are horrible creatures crawling out of the rift, and coming into our world. Every person you kill is sent to the underworld and becomes part of the Keepers army. He sends people back as banelings. Which is people who are given a second chance at life, but only if they serve the Keeper. They have to kill in order to stay alive, and the only way you can kill them, is to burn them. You have to stop them, and the Keeper from destroying any more life. By finding the Stone of Tears. Only The True Seeker can find it. He was given a compass, and only he can open it. It shows the direction he must take, and what he must do. The Seeker is young, and still has a lot to learn, but hes strong and compassionate, and he knows what he has to do. He has to have a Confessor on his side, to help him with his task, because she can protect him. But he cant fall in love with her. Because if they were to be together, her power would completely change him. The Wizard of the First Order has taught the Seeker everything that he knows. And hes still learning from him. The Wizard is the only one left of the First Order, which makes him one of the most powerful wizards ever. Since Darken Raul was defeated, hes been serving the Keeper, only he is even remotely as powerful as the Wizard. The Mord Sith is a whole other story. Mord Sith are all woman, who are taken away as children and tortured and beaten, and forced to endure pain. They are forced to live with pain as their friend.  Pain becomes part of them, becomes who they are. And they are entitled to serve the Lord Raul, or the Raul bloodline. Which coincidentally, the Seeker was Darken Rauls brother. He learned this after he defeated Darken Raul, so she is forced to serve the Seeker and do what he says. All of them work together as a team to defeat the Keeper. So, can you find the Stone of Tears, Defeat the Keeper, and do every quest in between?

READ THESE RULES! YOU MUST OR YOU CANT ROLE PLAY!

 

RP Rules! xD Gotta have em!

-You cannot, I repeat CANNOT make this RP about YOU. This Role Play is about all four of you! Not you running off and always getting hurt. Or you running off and doing unimaginable things. You are still just a human being. Even if you are a Wizard.

-All traditional rules apply, no spamming, swearing, or bashing someone else in a Role Play.

-Yes you may fall in love. Yes the Seeker and the Confessor could fall in love, but they cant act on their feelings. Her power would consume him and keep him from completing his tasks.

-The Wizard has the spells of any normal wizard. But hes extremely powerful, in the show, he always has new spells up his sleeve. He can basically practically almost do anything he sets his mind. He can cover tracks and other stuff. Make money appear, food, stuff like that. But NOT ALL THE TIME! We still can hunt for our food, we can get our own money. Your wizard can have any personality but you must take in consideration hes an old man, old men are usually crankily happy and compassionate.

-The Confessor puts her hand to someones neck to confess them. Her pupils and her iris turn solidly black, while the person she is confessing, their entire eye turns black, and then they come completely devoted to her. The first thing they ALWAYS SAY is Command Me Confessor.

-If youre the confessor you cannot go around confessing just anyone! You have to have time to regain your strength from the last confession. Plus, the confessors dont like to make people fall in love with them. They only do it when they need information out of someone.

-A Mord Sith IS in fact extremely powerful, but not powerful to fight an entire army by herself. Her Agiel WILL hurt you if you touch it. And it hurts herself as well, but she is used to the pain.

-The Seeker does have to Sword of Truth and yes, he can fight as strong as Thirty men, but he IS NOT invincible.

-No one in this is invincible you all have your strengths and your weaknesses.

-There are all different kinds of quests. But when someone brings one up, you MUST follow through with it until that quest is finished! No changing in between!

-No time skipping without telling me!

-Love is allowed IF ran by me. The Seeker and the Confessor are the only ones allowed to willingly fall in love if they want to do that storyline. But if your character meets an outside person, ask me before bringing them into our storyline :D

-If youre captured, youre captured. Dont come up with a useless way to escape.

-There is a Dhahran Army. (pronounced Daa-har-in) Many of them actually, and they will stop at nothing to kill you. So, yea, Kill em all!

-Yes you have feelings, but you arent emo. This is medieval times for Petes Sake everyone is dealing with hardships. Overcome them. Youre all adults.

-HAVE FUN! PLEASE! =]

 

If you are inactive without telling me for at least five days, youll be sent a warning, within the next two days, Ill have to remove you and reopen the spot =]

 

Here is a description and more about the characters.

 

Seeker - A hero who arises in the times of trouble and suffering and seeks out evil. He has the Sword of
Truth. The Sword of Truth channels his anger into great strength and power, but
he can only use the blade to harm those he believes to be truly evil. He also
learns to channel forgiveness into the Sword. When he does, he can kill anyone,
innocent or not - he hates that fact more than anything. Also, the Sword helps
him to fight. The Seeker can fight as strong as thirty men as long as he has
the sword, be careful though, it can consume him.

 

Confessor - A Confessor has the
ability to 'touch' a person with her power. Once 'touched', that person is no
longer who they used to be, but now eternally devoted to the Confessor. The
purpose of which is to take the voluntary confession of those who have been
sentenced to death, so that all may know their innocence.

 

A Wizard of the First Order
The Wizard of the First Order is the most powerful wizard or sorcerer of all
time. Hes old and wise. He cant fight with weapons, but He has all the powers
of any normal wizard and then some. He can heal, take sickness out of peoples
bodies and put them into his own, but he would need to regain enough strength
to do that again. His most used power is Wizards Fire.

 

Mord Sith She is captured as
a child and tortured. Her life is engulfed with pain. She can capture others by
capturing their magic. She can turn any magic someone has onto themselves. Ex,
if a wizard was to use wizards fire on her, with the lift of her hand, she
could turn it on him in an instant. She has what is called an Agiel.  An Agiel looks to be a simple, red leather
rod that hangs from a thin golden chain that is tied around the wrist of a
Mord-Sith. An Agiel is in fact a weapon powered by the bond to the Lord Rahland when
used by the skilled hands of a Mord-Sith, is capable of giving extreme amounts
of pain. An Agiel is powerful enough that a particular touch can give instant
death. Mord Sith are
trained at the end of an Agiel and taught every possible form of torture. Once
a Mord-Sith has passed her trials, she employs the same Agiel she was trained
with on her victims. Once an Agiel has been used on someone to give pain, that
person can never come in contact with that particular Agiel again without
feeling its sting. Therefore a Mord-Sith is in constant agony each time she
uses her Agiel on her victims. To prove there loyalties, their teachers, other
Mord Sith, bring the girls fathers in, and the fathers are forced to tell their
daughters that they sold them. But the girls dont know this, and out of anger,
kills their own father. Mord Sith also have what is called the breath of life,
where within an hour after the person is dead, she can give them the breath of
life and revive them.

Seeker - Username: Duskstar

Which character will you be portraying?: Seeker

Name - Linus (Lin) 

Age : 22

Personality (Optional): He's a Seeker, so he kinda feels like he has to be brave for everyone, even though he could be scared out of his wits. He's got a good mask for his fear, he/s learned to cover it up well. After all, if he's scared out of his mind, who else wouldn't be?

Confessor - Username - Mossflower! :D

Personality (Optional)- Oldish and rather cranky most of the time. He has a sharp tongue for young whelps but has a compassionate heart despite it all. He will be the first to jump in and stop hasty actions but he does hate when he and his friends are insulted.

Personality- She's a Mord Sith. She really has no personality. She's been through hell and back. She still remembers the day she killed her own father as clear as the sky. She's rather heartless, but she will stop at nothing like the others to protect the Seeker on his quest, even if to her, violence is always the answer.



That fills up the spots until I decide to add more characters. Which more than likely I will do =] So if you sent me a message and you're not on this list I apologize, but it is first come first serve, but if you still would like to join, keep checking back, you never know when a character might be available. If the people on this list don't post their characters by mid afternoon tomorrow, that spot will be open. =]

Name - Jupiter

Age- 21

Personality - Strong willed, ready for battle, good with animals, and not a whimp. Always stays for a fight unless the seeker says to leave. Very worried of others emotions, but stony when talking or fighting. Only kind to those she trusts.


Can I join? I read the discription and the rules, and I like it. Would it be okay if I was confesser?
