Shadewing's wild blue eyes lit up with excitement, "A mystery eh? Alright next time i get to talk with this guy i will question him and make him talk!" The tom's black tail lashed back and forth, his earlier worry fluttered away easily. Yet one thing stuck in his mind. It was true, the tom did look very different from him, his brother and his sister. "He mentioned quite often about this other cat... Supposedly his mate... I believe her name was Juniperheart. If you think we are somehow related to our mystery tom then perhaps our pelts come from her!" Shadewing sat up with his chest puffed out. As if he was the worlds greatest detective.
With a grin just as wild as her brother's eyes, she cuffed his ears and said quietly, "Oh yes, possibly, Shade. But you may never know... Until your next meeting." Florestadream attempted to sound very dramatic with her last sentence but all she did was laugh, as her brother seemed very excited. "But... you also have to ask what clan he's from, of course... You'll never know who his leader was and such if you don't. That might be a clue as to why he's giving us our quest, and why he's telling you about us being the last six left..." As she trailed off, her eyes became rather questioning again. Why us?

''Hmph." Shadowpelt muttered. Since when did Shadewing not trust him? Since when did Shade keep things from him? Had Shadowpelt done something wrong? His claws flexed in and out. He flicked his tail at Riverheart and jumped down. He threw the prey in front of the two cats. "Take your pick." He muttered. His playful mood completely shot to the ground and his amber eyes burned like fire.
Shadewing was startled when Shadowpelt had decended amongst his siblings. He had been ready to play fight with him as usual but the dark fire in the tom's eyes told him it wasnt time to play. Shadewing pulled back in indignation. He frowned deeply at Shadowpelt. His twin seemed to be angry if he had overheard the conversation. Shadewing sooched closer to Florestadream and stuck his tongue out at his brother. "You dont have to be so mean about it. FIrst you wont listen to be after i chase after you. You paid more attention to Riverheart then you did me and now YOURE getting angry?" Shadewing bristled a bit now.
Florestadream stood and took a step back from her brother, eyes not wide, but questioning. She had just woken up before Shadewing has spoken to her about his dream, so she was confused. Usually they all shared everything together. It was confusing to her, and she didn't exactly feel comfortable. But if what Shadewing said was true, then she would have to side with him. "Shad, calm down. What exactly happened, now?" Her tone was flat and strong, and she stood tall compared to her brothers as she hovered over them. "And if you won't tell me you two will stop fighting. It's not worth it. We're a family, and we're gonna act like one. Got it? We're lucky we have family!"

The light in Shadewing's eyes died down to a simmer. He pouted at his sister for a moment as he muttered, "Shadow started it." The unsympathetic glance from Florestadream made Shadewing flinch. "Alright alright... I woke up from my dream a little scared. The moment i woke up, Scorchpaw began to ask me about it but i didnt really want to tell her. I was waiting for me and Shadow to be alone since you were up all night. Yet Shadow woke up and i didnt have enough time to get him alone so he took off to hunt. I tried to catch up with him, calling out his name but Riverheart took up all Shadow's attention so Shadowpelt didnt even look back at me..." Shadewing fell silent for a moment. He glanced sideways at his beloved brother, a little disappointment showing in his eyes, "So i came to talk to you anway Resta even though i know you must be tired..."
"Ha!" Shadowpelt spat at the two. "Shadewing if you'd really wanted to talk to me ya could have at least called out my name to even LET me know that you were there. You didn't even try. I woke up and saw you all standing around, close to me and asked continuously what was going on and you never said a word. You just sat there dumbfounded! And then you run off and tell Resta? And you say I'm being mean about it." He scoffed. His brother obviously didn't trust him. Which stabbed his heart but he wasn't about to give into his emotions. That's not who he was, he stayed strong and stood his ground. "Family." He said sarcastically. "They always let you down sooner than later." His eyes narrowed.
Florestadream let out a subdued hiss at the two of them. "We. Are. Family. Get it straight." Looking to Shadewing, she said, "Thank you for being considerate, but I'm always willing to listen, Shade. So don't be hesitant to talk to me about anything." Then staring at Shadowpelt, she sighed. He always had to be so difficult. "Shadow, look at me." By the time he made eye contact with her, she had already began to talk. "Do not be so harsh. Family. If you think that's what a family does, go ahead. But listen. I'll always be there to catch you if you fall, Shadow. Count on it." Staring at them both, she breathed, "I hate using force," and knocked Shadewing and Shadowpelt down. Staring at them, her eyes held a warning. Play. Nice. Or the trip would end for both of them.

Scorchpaw had had no luck in hunting, except for a small mouse that didn't look tasty at all. It was scrawny, and she hoped to find fish soon. She was just hoping though. Small furry creatures were warm, and a little tastyer than fish in her opinion. The others had started up another conversation yet again, but she was still being quiet. She was usualy talkative, but something kept her from talking alto that day.
Lilyflower turned around and padded back to Shadewing and Florestadream, accompanied by their brother, Shadowpelt. She smiled to them as nicely as she could, although her 'brothers' were there. Practically, not really. She and the 'twins' weren't related, but Lilyflower knew them so well, almost like.. a brother from another mother. So, of course, she could call them annoying. That was what 'siblings' were for, right? "Heyy..." she muttered, and looked at Shadewing. "Can I speak to you.. alone?" she asked. She looked at his family, then sighed. "For.. the personal reason of you waking us all up yesterday night?.. or should I say this morning?"
